Why are obituaries important?

Obituaries serve as a way to honor and celebrate the life of the deceased, while also providing important information to those who knew them. They help to notify others of the passing, share details about the funeral or memorial service, and offer a sense of closure for loved ones.

What information should be included in an obituary?
