She is survived by her husband Keith Turner.
She is the daughter of Randall and Doris Wolford Windon of Rainelle, WV. She was a graduate of Greenbrier West High School and also studied at Chowan University in VA.
She was preceded in death by her brother Randall Lee Windon Jr. in 2022 ;  her grandparents Tommy and Arriettia Fridley Windon of Charmco WV, Harry Wolford and Mary Elvia Flanagan Wolford of Danese WV.
She will be missed dearly by her family, all her friends and extended family.

Abe loved to go riding and he was a former coal miner.

Obituary Preview: Harvey H. “Butch” Trail aged 82 years of Roanoke, Virginia formerly of Lewisburg, West Virginia was called to join his Lord and Savior on May 5th, 2024 following a long fought illness.
He was born on September 6, 1941. He is preceded in death by his parents Harvey S. Trail and Nina S. Trail, his brothers: Jimmy, Bobby, Rusty and Steve; Lonnie Sifers and Bert Haynes (brothers in law); two sisters, Shirley and Shelby, and nephew Christopher Skaggs.
He is survived by his wife and best friend of 56 years, Carolyn Trail, his siblings Gay Skaggs (John), Jean Sifers, Sandy Carter (Steve), Marie Williams (Dave), Debbie Haynes, Gary Trail, and Violet Trail (sister in law). He was the beloved father of two children; his daughter Trudy Trail of Roanoke, VA and his son Stephan Trail of Green Sulphur WV. He was a proud Paw-Paw to 4 grandchildren, Craig Trail (Alyssa), Cassy Still (Wray), Josh Trail (Abi), and Aaron Highfield, 7 great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
He was a proud veteran having served in the army as a part of the 101st Ordnance Battalion, predominantly in Germany. He received several decorations during his military service, a time he looked back on fondly. He worked for 14 years and retired from CSX. His dream of being a farmer was realized when he built “the farm house.” He and his family built this from the ground up. Butch and Carolyn lived and managed a beautiful farm for 14 years. Butch was known for his sense of humor, his prolific ability to cook, his overwhelming love of family and his love of the WVU Mountaineers. It’s a great day to be a Mountaineer on the golden streets of Heaven.

Surviving is his wife of 37 years, Vicky Dahmer Browning; daughters, Jodi Greene (Chris) of Brandywine, WV and Kala Dunbar of Lewisburg, WV; son, Matthew Eric Lee Browning of Fairmont, WV; grandchildren, Ashley, Kristin, Amy; great grandchildren, Lainey and Atlas; sister, Sue Coughlin (Jeg) of Boca Raton, FL; brothers, Danny Browning (Martha) of Wharncliffe, WV, Woodrow Browning (Rita) of Wharncliffe, WV and Doug Browning (Patty) of Oakland, TN. Also surviving are many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
There will be a graveside service on Tuesday, April 30, 2024 at 11:00 AM at Wallace Memorial Cemetery in Clintonville, WV with Rev. Glen Kuhn officiating. Visitation will be 1 hour prior to the service.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband of 65 years, William E. “Bill” Henson, Jr; three brothers, Howard S. Alley, Bobby Jack Alley and Bernard A. Alley.
Thelma was a Deputy Accessor for Fayette County for 35 years. She loved her family, gardening, canning and her favorite hobby was crocheting. She will be missed.
Those left to honor her memory are one daughter, Genia (Harry) Palmer of Crawley; brother, Donnie (Glenna) R. Alley; sister, Ann Yeargo; 3 grandchildren whom she adored, Hillary E. (Eric) Burns, Harrison E. (Brittany) Palmer and Heath E. (Autumn) Palmer; 4 cherished great grandchildren, Brooklyn Morgan, Braelyn Taylor, Brantley Palmer and Bryson Palmer one great great grandchild, the most beautiful baby she ever seen, Paxton Knox Manns.

Born February 7, 1956, in Hines, WV, she was the daughter of the late George and Bobbi Pitsenbarger. Regina was a long-time employee of City National Bank in Rainelle, WV. Regina enjoyed spending time with her family and never failed to show how much she loved them. She also adored spending time with her grand-dog Quinn who she lovingly called her Puppet. She loved baking cakes for birthdays, graduations, and weddings. Regina enjoyed road-trips, picnics and keeping up with family traditions. However, her most precious time was spent doing anything with her daughter.
In addition to her parents, Regina is preceeded in death by her beloved niece, Lesley Taylor Riggs.
Those left to cherish her memory are her treasured daughter, Haley Durham (Jacob Nutter and son Landenn) of McRross, her longtime companion, Glen Taylor of McRross, one sister, Patty (Mark) Taylor of Rainelle, nephews Matthew (Renee) Taylor of Crawley and Nathan (Cyndi) Taylor of Rupert; thirteen great nieces and nephews: Stevi (Josh) Martin, Eden Riggs (Michael Bennett), Maggie Riggs, Todd (Hoss) Riggs, III, Savannah Riggs, Zoe Riggs, Kamryn (Kyle) Meadows, Matthew Taylor, MacKenzie Taylor (Dayne Austin), Noah Taylor, Andrew Taylor, Joseph Taylor, Kyndall Taylor and Trinity Martin. She will also be greatly missed by a host of long-time friends and co-workers.
Regina donated her body to the West Virginia Osteopathic School in Lewisburg, WV.
A celebration of Regina’s life will be held on Sunday, April 28 at 2:00 pm at Elton Community Church in Elton, WV.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Hilbert C. Burgess; daughters, Pamela Burgess, Rosanna Davis and an infant daughter at birth; a son, Chris Burgess; grandchildren, Kelly Davis, Curtis Burgess and Daniel Cox.
Martha enjoyed cooking and gardening. She mostly enjoyed spending time with her family and grandchildren. She will be greatly missed. Survivors are two daughters, Patricia (Tim) Runyan of Springdale and Susan (Daniel) Cox of Backus Mountain; three sons, Ricky Burgess, Michael (Jeanette) Burgess of Moorefield and Ronnie Burgess of Meadow Bridge; 22 grandchildren; 26 great grandchildren and 4 great great grandchildren

Survivors include her daughter, Charlotte Ann Cales; son, Melvin Ray Cales; grandson, Shawn Eric Cales, John Bradley Pulliam; granddaughter, Anna Kristine Pulliam; great granddaughters; Madison Leeann Proffitt ( Austin) , Morgan Erica Cales, Brynn Weslee Cales, Kara Lynn Bretz (Josh Wilson), great grandson, Jeremiah Wayne Pulliam; great great granddaughter, Nikara Lynn; extended family including Rudolph Beale, Ruth Williams and many friends.

The world lost a beloved mother, Jeckie Yulala Boggess, On March 25, 2024. Jeckie battled kidney disease for many years, but it never stopped her from providing the best care she could to her four loving children and 7 grandchildren including one feline cat “Boots”. Jeckie enjoyed living life and was very happy. Mom enjoyed cooking holiday dinners for her children and family. She enjoyed her last year going to concerts and traveling including taking a trip on an airplane with her youngest son, “Garth.” Mom’s quote, “Garth, don’t those clouds look beautiful”. Mom gained her angel wings at Beckley ARH surrounded by her children Jamie, Caroline, Jeromy, and “Garth”, two grandchildren whom she helped raise as her own Alexia and Alexander, sons-in-law Maner and Bobby, son’s pastor Brady, and a close friend of daughters’ Robert. Dad couldn’t stand to observe the love of his life pass into another world. Jeckie was born in Oakland, MD on January 7, 1955. To the late Troy and Rena James Auvil. Mom was 69 years old, but she learned everything she knew from her loving parents growing up on Stemple Ridge outside of Aurora, WV on a farm. Mom was very quiet as a child and was a mommy’s girl with a good average family life.
Jeckie adventured out in life after graduation from Aurora High School and attended Glenville State College for a year and a half. Then later she went to South Charleston Technical School where she would meet the love of her life, Darrell Boggess. Mom and Dad would get married by the late Reverend Houston Boothe on April 27, 1979. Jeckie is survived by her husband of almost 45 years, Darrell of Rainelle, Daughter Jamie (Maner) Crookshanks of Rainelle, Caroline (Bobby) Davis of Rainelle, Sons Jeromy Boggess of Gap Mills, WV, and Titan “Garth” Boggess of Rainelle. Grandchildren Nicholas Davis (step-grandson), Alexia Boggess, Alexander Boggess, Austin Crookshanks, Aubrey Crookshanks, Abigail Crookshanks, and Adaline Crookshanks. Jeckie is also survived by her brothers Kenneth Auvil of Preston Healthcare Nursing Home in Kingwood, WV, James (Penny) Auvil of Pennsylvania, and sisters Selma (Ralph) Cummings of Aurora, WV, and Loeda Malloy of Aurora WV. And several nieces, nephews, and many great-nieces and great-nephews. Along with a lot of family and close friends. She proceeded in death by her brothers Troy, Huey, Norman, Alton, and Dorian Auvil. Along with sisters Arvella Smith and Dorothy Hauser.
A special thanks goes out to Michele for providing childcare for Jamie’s children at the hospital. Fresenius Kidney Care in Lewisburg, WV, and the ICU staff at Beckley ARH Hospital for all the wonderful loving care that was provided to my mother. Sherry at Beckley ARH, you helped our mother last week assisting her to have the ability to tell us children and loved ones one last time she loved each one of us. Including a smile, that would melt your heart every time.
Service will be 12:00 p.m., Saturday, March 30, 2024 at Wallace & Wallace Chapel, Rainelle with Pastor Brian Carter and Pastor Brady Ellis officiating. Burial will follow at Mountain Baptist Church Cemetery, Carl, WV.
Friends may visit with the family Friday evening from 6-8 p.m., at the funeral home.

He was born on September 2, 1946; he was the son of the late Charles Woodrow Lilly and Mary Louise Richmond.
Bill was a coal miner until 1984. In 1980, God gave him a vision of a little country church that he built on his property on Chestnut Knob Road. He was the pastor at Chestnut Knob Christian Church for 20 plus years when he stepped down due to health. He never met a stranger and those who met him loved him. He played his Gibson guitar for many years and loved his grandbabies.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by a granddaughter, Laura; grandson, Caleb; 5 brothers, Gary, Gerald “Poncho”, Harold, Calvin and Dale Lilly; father and mother-in- law, Billie and Nona Kincaid of Crickmer.
Those left to cherish his memory are his loving and devoted wife of 57 years, Brenda Kincaid Lilly; four daughters, Shiela (Mike) Davis of Tennessee , Juanita (Marvin) Mullins of Chestnut Knob, Lisa (Randy) Crookshanks of Loops Road and April (Gary) Claypool of Crickmer; one son, William ( Jessica ) Lilly, Jr. of Maplewood; 5 grandsons, Joey(Abby) of Ohio, Kobe (Emily) of Mississippi, Keaton of Crickmer, Mason and Weston of Maplewood; 4 granddaughters, Kindra (Michael) of Iowa, Hannah (Allan) of Huntington, Kierston of Crickmer and Faith of Chestnut Knob; 4 step grandchildren; 2 sisters, Patricia “Darlene” Saam of Ohio and Louise (Chuck) Hite of Meadow Bridge; one brother, Charles “Bear” Lilly of Meadow Bridge; ; a host of nieces, nephews, extended family and church friends that became family.
Many thanks to the nurses and staff at Appalachian Regional Hospital in Beckley. They took such great care when we couldn’t be there. He wanted to come back home one last time.
Service will be 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, March 19, 2024 at Chestnut Knob Christian Church with Pastor Marvin Mullins, Pastor Gary Claypool and Mr. Randy Crookshanks officiating. Burial will follow at Layland Cemetery.
Friends may visit with the family on Monday evening from 5:00 until 8:00 at the church.

Va. left his earthly body to be with his Lord and savior Jesus on Saturday, March 9, 2024, surrounded by his loving family as he made his journey home. Jerry fought a long and arduous battle with several health issues that his body could not overcome.
Born February 24, 1945, in Lookout W. Va. He was the youngest son of the late Snowden Frank Sevy and Eva Martin Sevy. He was preceded in death by his parents, a brother John Sevy of Oklahoma, sisters Nancy Jean Sevy Williams (Carlos) of Corliss, Effie Sevy Crist (Roger) of Garner, North Carolina, and a son-in-law Michael Allen Legg of Corliss.
Those left to cherish his memory are the love of his life for fifty-seven years his wife Laura Withrow Sevy. Daughters Cynthia Sevy Burdette (Chuck) and Stephanie Sevy Legg. Grandchildren Ashleigh Nicole Legg, Austin (Samantha) Burdette, Alex (Hannah) Burdette, Alyssa Burdette, fiancé John-Daniel Franklin, Arabella Burdette, and Boyfriend Lucas Goff. One Great Grandson Cooper James Burdette and several nieces and nephews.
Jerry was a graduate of the class of 1965 from Nutall High School and served in the Army following graduation until he came home on hardship discharge to take care of his family farm. He had several different occupational talents throughout his career and lifetime up until disabilities prevented him from continuing his career. He started his career at Meadow River Lumber Company in Rainelle, later Johnson’s Trucking Company as a truck driver. He worked for several Coal Mining Companies, Westvaco, and finishing his career with West Virginia Log Homes where he delivered logs and materials as a truck driver throughout the state of West Virginia and Virginia and assisted in the construction of log homes. He was a member of the Minnie Belle Baptist Church in Corliss W. Va. Jerry had a very special bond with his pastor and friend Justin Seay, Justin spent many hours of fellowship and ministry with Jerry as he was unable to attend church in person. Jerry enjoyed their time together sharing stories and their love of the Lord. Some of Jerry’s many hobbies included woodworking, painting, fishing, camping, spending time on the lake, storytelling, bird calling, fellowshipping with friends and family, and his daily conversations with his nephew Joe Sevy of Shreveport, Louisiana.
Service will be 2:00 p.m., Friday, March 15, 2024 at Wallace & Wallace Chapel, Rainelle with Pastor Justin Seay officiating. Burial will follow at Walker Cemetery, Brackens Creek Road, Russellville. Friends may visit with the family from 12:00 until time of service.
