Obituary Preview: Harold "Bud" Herrick, 95, of Greenville, PA, passed away on May 15, 2024 at 6:12 a.m. at Quality Life Services Home in Mercer, PA.
Bud was his nickname given to him by his sister Mary when he was a baby.
He continued to live life to the fullest to the end.
Bud was born in Greenville, PA on July 23, 1928 to the late Claude and Ora (Bingham) Herrick.
He was a Warehouse Manager for Bish Corporation, as well as working at R.D. Werner Company in the shipping department.
Bud was a member of the Community of Christ in New Hamburg, PA.
He was married to the former Evelyn Reigleman on December 10, 1949, and she preceded him in death on January 19, 2017. He was a loving husband for 69 years.
Bud is survived by: his son, Donald (Marlene) Herrick of Vandergrift, PA; daughter, Diann (Dana) Beilstein of Greenville, PA; daughter, Darlene (Doug) McCann of Greenville, PA; daughter-in-law, Donna Herrick of Mercer, PA; grandchildren, Buck Beilstein, Randy (Chantelle) Beilstein, Rebecca Herrick, Ryan Herrick, Noelle (Tim) Wian, Greg (Dani) Tarosky, Jeanine (Brian) Ging, Michael (Becky) McCann, Kerry McLean, Amie (Ben) Dunlap; and nine great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by: his parents; his wife, Evelyn Herrick; son, David Herrick; brother, George Herrick; brother, Merle Herrick; sister, Opal Sherbondy; sister, Mary Grady; brother, William Herrick; and his two grandsons, Michael Patrick and Michael Joseph.
He was always a giving father, grandfather, great grandfather, and friend. Bud enjoyed hunting and camping all his life, and was a Harley Davidson rider; he loved to tell of his trip to California and back in 1946 with 40 dollars in his pocket. They enjoyed many vacations and cruises in their lifetime.
He was a Founding Member of Rambling Acres Camp Ground in Sheakleyville, PA, and Co-Owner of Four Season's Restaurant in Linesville, PA, from 1977 to 1980.

He was married to Kathleen Daly on May 19, 1984 in Adare, County Limerick Ireland.
Robert is survived by his wife at home, Kathleen George; mother, Evelyn Lynn George; step mother, Trish George; three sons, Ryan, David (Amber), and Alex George; younger brother, Jeff George; and younger sister, Susan George.
He was preceded in death by his father, William George.

Renate L. Toth - February 06, 1937 - May 08, 2024

Obituary Preview: Renate L. Toth, nee Geiberger, 87, of Hempfield Township, passed away on May 8, 2024 at 2:11 p.m. at UPMC Jameson in New Castle PA.
She was born on February 6, 1937 to Ludwig Geiberger and Elisabeth Heilig in Ludwigshafen, Germany. Renate went on to graduate from the business academy in Ludwigshafen, and worked as a secretary for a German pharmaceutical company. She also worked for a German law firm.
She met her husband, Chuck, in Mannheim, Germany, where he was stationed with the U.S. Army. Renate and Chuck were married on November 28, 1958, and she came to the U.S. in 1965.
From 1967 to 1997, she worked at Thiel College as an Office Manager.
She was an active member of St. Michael's church in Greenville, and volunteered in the Rectory of Saint Michael, Resurrection Choir, and the Good Shepherd Center. She enjoyed traveling, going to the casino, entertaining patients in nursing homes with music and songs, and most of all, spending time with her family.
She is survived by her husband, Chuck and her daughter, Judith (David) Moats of Sharon PA, two grandchildren, Patrick (Caitlin) Moats of Sharon PA, and Courtney (Kevin) Hollis of Soddy Daisy TN, and six great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, and her brother, Klaus Geiberger.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.

Mary Lou Fleming - January 12, 1935 - May 06, 2024

Obituary Preview: Mary Lou Fleming, 89, of Hempfield Ave., Hempfield Twp., passed away on May 6, 2024, at 5:37 a.m., in her residence after an extended illness.
Mary was born on January 12, 1935 to Samuel and Pearle (Davis) Stallsmith, in Greenville. Her father passed away when she was four years old and Arthur Runyon, a family friend, helped raise her.
She married Richard E. Fleming on August 18, 1956. He passed away on her birthday, January 12, 2009.
Mary loved animals, especially cats and dogs; listening to country music; gardening, taking one-day trips and watching Hallmark movies.
She is survived by one son, Gary L. Fleming and his wife Shelly; and one daughter, Linda Fleming, of Greenville. Also surviving are three grandchildren, Kelly, Joshua and Stephanie Fleming, of Greenville; and three great-grandchildren, Brayden Richardson, Aria Fleming, and Lennox Augustine, all of Greenville.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and three sisters, Betty Moyer, infant Ada Marie and June Black.
Visitation will be held two hours prior to the funeral at Osborne-Williams Funeral Home, Friday, May 10, 2024 from 12:00-2:00pm.
The funeral will be held at Osborne-Williams Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc., 73-75 Columbia Ave., Greenville, on Friday, May 10, 2024 at 2:00pm, with Kent Bell, officiating.  There will not be a processional to the cemetery.
Burial at Shenango Valley Cemetery, Greenville, PA.

She was born in Greenville, PA on January 30th, 1971, a daughter of Bill and Mary (Moats) Weimert. She got her GED in Greenville, Pa. On June 6th, 1988 she Married Robby Cole, he preceded her in death. Then married Steve Dias on October 28th 2007, he survives. She was a member of Stateline United Methodist Church of Jamestown where she sang in the choir. She was also involved in the West Dart Association, Jamestown Women's Auxiliary. Mary enjoyed going on cruises, playing bingo and darts. She also loved playing with her grandchildren.
She is survived by her mom, Mary Weimert and her companion Joe Miller of Jamestown. Her husband of seventeen years, Steve Dias, son Joseph W. Cole and his four children Aiden, David, Lilly and Myah. Daughter Amanda Cole her daughter Kylie from Greenville. One sister Eleanor Keith of Jamestown and many nieces.
She was preceded in death by her father, son, husband Robby Cole, sister and brother in-law, niece, great-niece and a nephew.
Celebration of Life Service will be held at Greenville VFW May 9th 2024 at 2:00pm. 55 Conneaut Lake Rd, Greenville, Pa with Rev Gary A Jones from Living Waters Church Hubbard OH.

She enjoyed crocheting, visiting flea markets, and spending time with her family.
Nancy is survived by her husband at home, David Reimold, whom she married on October 27, 1976.  Also surviving are: her daughter, Melissa  Reinhard of Crofton, MD; son, David  Reimold Jr., of Delaware Township, PA; three sisters, Carol Brunson of Grove City, PA, Vicky (Tom) Bucklew of Stoneboro, PA, Kathie Stull of Farrell, PA; brother, Norman (Penny) DeLong of Jackson Center, PA; three grandchildren, Ashley  Reimold, and Cameron and Claire Reinhard.
She was preceded in death by: her parents, and brother, Rick DeLong.
Visitation will be held Monday, May 6, 2024, from 5-7pm, and Tuesday from 10-11am at Osborne-Williams Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc. 73-75 Columbia Avenue, Greenville, PA 16125.

She was born in Besao, Mountain Province, Phillipines, on July 29, 1949 to the late Pablo and Timasa (Buking) Osbucan.
Paula was born, raised, and attended high school and nursing school in the Phillipines. She earned her nursing license in Pennsylvania and worked as an operating room nurse for UPMC Horizon Hospital in Farrell. She was a member of St. Clement's Episcopal Church in Greenville and belonged to the women's group. She enjoyed gardening, bowling, and spending time with her grandchildren.
Paula is survived by her husband, Daniel Allen Frazier. They were married on February 27, 1975. Also surviving are: a daughter, Laurie Jean Peles and her husband, Jeremy, of Hermitage, PA; a son, Anthony Allen Frazier and his wife, Danielle, of West Middlesex, PA; three grandchildren, Jordin Elizabeth Frazier, Alexandra Renee Frazier, and Griffin Anthony Frazier; three brothers, Dominic Osboro, Peter Osbucan and his wife, Norma, Alvin Osbucan and his wife, Maria Victoria; and five sisters, her twin Pauline McGinnis, Nellie Diego and her husband, Cornelio, Alicia Osbucan, Leonora Pekas and her husband, James, and Linda Osbucan.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two sisters, Joan Carling, and Sofia Olat.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 9th, from 2:00 pm - 5:00 pm at Osborne-Williams Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 73-75 Columbia Ave., Greenville, where a funeral service will begin at 5:00 pm, with Rev. John K. Wise, St. Clement's pastor, officiating.

(Jon) Cable of Gilbert, AZ, Patty C. (Todd) Standen of Amherst, OH; stepbrother, Brian L. (Sophie) Smargiasso of Transfer, PA; stepsister, Lisa McCrea of Greenville, PA; and many nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Richard C. Lutkemeier, and stepbrother, Michael D. Smargiasso.

Obituary Preview: Frances “Toots” Wackenhut, 82 of Greenville, PA went to be with the lord on March 28th, 2024. She was born in Greenville, PA on December 13th, 1941 to Clifford and Eleonora (Bollenbacher) Callahan.
Toots was in the first graduating class from Greenville High School in 1959. After high school, she tended to the children of many local families in Greenville. Toots also went on to being the owner and operator of the Country on Canal Store. Frances married J. Bruce Wackenhut on September 20, 1996 and he passed away in 2017. In Toots’ spare time, she enjoyed all sorts of arts and crafts. She was a member of the Holy Trinity Lutheran Church. Toots is survived by her sister Jacqueline Snyder, Brother, Fred Callahan both of Greenville, and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Bruce, Brother in Law, Dean, Sister Yvonne (George) Beil.
A visitation will be held at Osborne-Williams Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 73 Columbia Avenue, Greenville, PA 16125 on Tuesday, April 2, 2024 from 5:00 - 6:00 PM. A Blessing service officiated by Pastor Julia Fraser will be held at 6:00 PM at the funeral home.

Richard Alan McLaughlin - September 14, 1956 - March 25, 2024

Obituary Preview: Richard A. McLaughlin, 67, of West Salem Township, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his family on March 25, 2024.
He was born September 14, 1956, in Greenville, PA, onto the family farm where he spent his entire life.
He was a 1974 graduate of Reynolds High School. Upon graduation he took over operating the family dairy farm. He compassionately cared for his many animals, drove only red tractors, and had a deep and reverent connection with the land he cared for and loved. Richard eventually worked full time for PennDot, from which he retired in 2019.
He lived a simple, but full and complete life, defined and principled by working hard, taking care of people, and loving his family. He adored hayrides, cooking for his many friends and family, riding his motorcycle, playing with his dogs, and time spent with his grandchildren. Richard also loved his peaceful days spent bass fishing at his beloved Weslemkoon Lake in Ontario, Canada. His legacy will continue to be most evident in his kindness, generosity, and devotion to the many people who knew and loved him.
He is survived at home by his wife of 42 years, Robin; his four children and their spouses, Ed (Deanna) McLaughlin, Nate (Rachelle) McLaughlin, Katie (Steve) Tyson, and Stacy (Shawn) Ligo; his nine grandchildren, who were the absolute center of his world, Kacy McLaughlin, Gage McLaughlin, Chloe McLaughlin, Haydin McLaughlin, Gracie McLaughlin, Addisyn Tyson, Colton Ligo, Sadie Tyson, and Dakota Ligo, all of West Salem Township; three brothers and two sisters, Larry McLaughlin, Marianne Shellenbarger, Karen Crytzer, Joe McLauglin, and LaVelle McLauglin; and many nieces and nephews that he loved dearly.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Virgil and Violet McLauglin, and two siblings, Judy Applegate and Tom McLaughlin.

Marilyn Frances McGrath was born on January 6, 1934 in Greenville, PA to Joseph Stanley and Carrie Evelyn Hittle McGrath. Marilyn graduated from Penn High School in 1951. She married Edward Franklin Saal on June 16, 1956. Edward preceded her in death, in May of 1990.
After seeing her children enter school, she began a 28 year career as Secretary/Office Manager at Zion's Reformed UCC retiring in 1999.
Marilyn is survived by 3 children: Jeri Lynn Saal; Pamela Jane (Michael) McCormick of Greenville; John Edward (Celia) Saal of Westfield, IN, as well as 5-Grand Children: Thomas James McCormick of Greenville; Erin (Scott) Vohar of Pittsburgh; Jordan (Molli Powers) Saal of Broad Ripple, IN; Janelle (Jordan) Quade; Juliane (Nathan Smith) Saal, Fortville, IN. and 6- Great GrandChildren: Breelynn McCormick; Adelynn Quade; Alesynn Quade; Ashtynn Quade; Azula Quade; & River Vohar.
Besides preceding her parents and husband was one brother, Jack and his wife Janet.
The family would like to thank the staff of St. Paul's WOW Community living house & staff of the Villa's for their care. Also, Gentiva Hospice, Gwen & Lisa for their care of her.

Samuel R. Gano - December 30, 1930 - March 17, 2024

Obituary Preview: Samuel R. Gano, 93, of Greenville, passed away peacefully, surrounded by lots of love, on Sunday night, March 17, 2024 at St. Paul's Senior Living Community in Greenville.
He was born in Greenville, on December 30, 1930, to the late Harry and Thelma (Miller) Gano.
Sam began his wrestling career for Penn High School during his freshman year of 1945/46 at 98 pounds.  He went on to win three District 10 championships in 1947, 48 & 49, which at that time, meant he was also a three time state qualifier.  After graduating from Penn High in 1949,  he served in the US Army, stationed in Germany, during the Korean War.
Sam worked for the Sawhill Tubular division of AK Steel in Wheatland for 38 years, and served as the union president.  He was a member of Zions Reformed United Church of Christ, and a life member of the Greenville VFW.
He was the assistant varsity wrestling coach at Commodore Perry from 1955 - 1966, then ran the junior mat programs at CP and Greenville for about 25 years.  In 1984, he was awarded the Charles Evanoff Memorial Award for outstanding contributions and service for Pennsylvania Junior Wrestling.  He was the president of the Greenville Wrestling Club and the chairman of the Mel Berry Memorial Wrestling Award Trust Fund, which annually awards a scholarship to a Greenville senior.  In 1996, he was inducted into the Mercer County Hall of Fame.
Sam enjoyed camping at Farma Family Campground so much, that they made it their permanent residence from 2005 - 2019.  He enjoyed playing euchre, listening to country music, rooting for the Steelers and Pirates, gardening, grilling, and classic cars.
He was married to Elaine L. (Little) Gano on May 16, 1958 and she preceded him in death on April 11, 2023.
Sam is survived by: two daughters, Karen Gano of Santa Fe, NM, and Dianne (Gano) Diefenderfer and her husband, Kim, of Zionsville, IN; a son, Robert Gano and his wife, Donna, of Biglerville, PA; four grandchildren, Marc Diefenderfer and his partner Rachel Bonini of Lake Jackson, TX, Ryan Diefenderfer of Phoenix, AZ, Kaitlin (Gano) Biggins and her husband, Brandon of Beaufort, SC, and Samuel Gano of Biglerville; honorary granddaughters, Dallas Ledford and Cici Wang; and honorary great-grandson, Jacob Ledford.
Visitation will be held Saturday, March 23rd, from 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm at Osborne-Williams Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 73-75 Columbia Ave., Greenville, where a funeral service will begin at 2:00 pm, with Rev. Julia Fraser officiating.
Following the service, a procession will leave for Shenango Valley Cemetery in Greenville, where a committal service will be held in the chapel, followed by military honors by the Greenville VFW Honor Guard. Sam will then be laid to rest beside his wife.  A reception with light refreshments (after the cemetery) will be at Zions Reformed United Church of Christ, 260 Main St. in Greenville.

Obituary Preview: Karen S. Durst, 72, of Delaware Twp., passed away on Tuesday night, February 27, 2024 at home, peacefully and surrounded by her family, following a courageous battle with cancer.
She was born in Fredonia, PA on August 9, 1951 to the late Thomas Frank Gordon and Lillian (Slater) McDowell.
Karen was a 1969 graduate of Reynolds High School.  She worked for over 46 years at the AAA offices in Greenville and Hermitage as an office manager, travel clerk, and notary public.
After retirement, she enjoyed spending time with and babysitting her granddaughter.  She was very talented at quilting, sewing and crafting.  During COVID, she made masks for health care workers.  She always had a smile on her face and would do anything for anyone.
She was married to Daniel W. Durst on February 28, 1975, who survives her at home.  She passed away one day shy of their 49th anniversary.
Karen is also survived by: a son, Mark L. Durst of Fredonia; a daughter, Carrie E. Long and her companion, Mark Watson of Transfer; granddaughter, Lillian E. Long; two sisters, Patricia E. McDowell of Glendale, AZ, and Beth L. Merrick of Sharpsville; and a brother, Kevin L. McDowell of New Wilmington, PA.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Thomas "Rick" McDowell.
A celebration of Karen's life will be held for friends and family on Thursday, March 7, 2024 at the Greenville Family Moose Center, 32 Shenango St. in Greenville, PA.  A ham dinner will be served at 5pm.

She then went on to marry Kenneth H Wagner Jr. (Pete) on July 25,1987 and raised Jason Wagner and Stephanie Wagner as her own.
Gail was an avid homemaker whom loved to read and cross stitch. She welcomed everyone she met as family. She enjoyed watching her grandchildren play sports and doing crafts with them. She also loved spending time with family and friends.
Gail is survived in death by her loving husband Kenneth H Wagner Jr (Pete) of Greenville Pa. A brother Frank Shannon of Greenville , 3 sons Jason Wagner 48 of Stoneboro Pa , Michael Shannon 46 of Texas , Daniel Shannon 42 of Greenville and 1 daughter Stephanie and her husband Rick Leanord also of Greenville .. her grandchildren Alec, Tylir, Skylir, Hailey, Temperance, Logan, Colden, Cylee, Serena, and Madison .. as well as 2 great grandchildren Brooklyn and Payton.
Gail was proceeded in death by her parents , in-laws, and multiple brothers and sisters in law.

Michael Cawley - May 16, 1953 - February 12, 2024

Obituary Preview: Michael Cawley, 70, of Greenville, PA passed away peacefully at UPMC Hamot Hospital after a battle with pulmonary fibrosis.  Born in May 1953 in The Bronx, New York, he was a son to the late Michael and Rita (Lundy) Cawley.
He attended high school at Msgr. McClancy, continuing his education at Queens College and earning a bachelor’s degree.  He finished his education at Baruch College, receiving a Master of Science in Education degree.  Growing up, he and his family spent summers in his favorite place, Rockaway Beach, New York where he became a master body surfer, worked at the arcade, and made good use of the public hand ball courts.
He met his beloved wife Susan Inks-Cawley at Pratt Institute and married her on December 27, 1986.  Then they moved to Washington, Pennsylvania to start a family together. He committed his life to lovingly raising and bringing his great Irish humor to the lives of his two daughters who adored him alongside his wife who cherished him.  He and his wife moved to Greenville, Pennsylvania to be closer to their daughters, and the family enjoyed time at Conneaut Lake, walks at Pymatuning, and many family dinner and movie nights together in the two years since they relocated.
After renewing his faith, he was baptized at Abundant Life Baptist Church where he and his family attended for many years.  He also enjoyed and attended church services at The Bible Chapel in Washington, PA and Greenville Alliance Church in Greenville, PA.
Surviving Michael are his wife, Susan Inks-Cawley, two daughters Ida (Josh) Bercini, and Letitia Cawley, his siblings William Cawley, Ann (Cawley) Donahue, James (Jeanne) Cawley, and Rita (Terry Lee) Cawley.  Deceased is his sibling, Thomas Cawley.  Michael was an exemplary father and husband and his siblings and nieces and nephews held him dear.
Michael’s viewing will take place on Thursday, February 15, 2024 from 4:00-7:00 PM at Osborne-Williams Funeral Home and Cremation services, 73 Columbia Ave. in Greenville, PA.  His service will take place on Friday, February 16, 2024 at 11:00 AM, and will also take place at Osborne-Williams Funeral Home.

She was born in Bay City, MI on June 13, 1936 to the late Joseph and Mildred (Miller) Barclay.
Donna was a graduate of Gannon University. She spent over 30 years as a laboratory technician at Greenville hospital before retirement.
She attended First Presbyterian Eco Church of Greenville and previously attended First Presbyterian Eco of Punta Gorda, FL.
She enjoyed boating, dancing, her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. She loved her dog and talking with people. The family would like to thank St. Paul's for their excellent care.
Donna was married to Richard Lee Peterson on January 18, 1958 and he preceded her in death on March 14, 2018.
She is survived by: a brother, Joseph (and his wife, Becky) Barclay of Meadville, PA; a daughter, Diane (and her husband, Randy) Curtis of Greenville; six grandchildren, Jill (and her husband, Bret) Mason, Daniel Curtis, Michael (and his fiance, Katie DeWall) Curtis, Benjamin Peterson, Alissa (and her husband, Mitch) Bouch, and Jennifer (and her husband, Kyle) Shook; seven great grandchildren, Isaiah Bouch, Matthew Bouch, Bailey Bouch, Nicholas Brown, Kennedy Shook, Kaiden Curtis, and Andrew Curtis.

Her kindness towards these creatures brought comfort and joy to both the feline friends she cared for and the community that benefited from their presence. She also spent several years as a Girl Scout troop leader, touching the lives of many.
Rhonda is survived by her cherished daughter Alexa Story; devoted brother Rodney Rapple and his wife Sherre; loving mother Evelyn Rapple; and fiancé Thomas Stark. Their loss is immeasurable as they navigate life without Rhonda's warmth and guidance.
A viewing will be held at Osborne-Williams Funeral Home in Greenville on February 3rd between 2pm - 4pm where family members, friends, colleagues, and all whose lives were touched by Rhonda are invited to pay their respects.

Janet was a member of Zion's Reformed United Church of Christ, serving as Elder and Deacon. She was also active in the Women of Zion's as well as other church activities.
She was a former member and volunteer of the Greenville Hospital Auxiliary, and more recently, she volunteered at St. Paul's.  She enjoyed reading, traveling, family, and friends.
She was married to James J. Cooper on February 4, 1956 and he preceded her in death on April 5, 2013.
Janet is survived by: three daughters, Cathy A. (and her husband Ray) Kivimaki of Jefferson, OH, Colleen (and Sue Braunstein) Cooper of Sarasota, FL, and Karen G. Cooper of Arnold, MD; four grandchildren, Mark (and Jill Broom) Kivimaki of Birmingham, MI, Dan (and Jamie Channell) Kivimaki of Conneaut, OH, Alex Roberts of Arnold, MD; and Callie Roberts of Arnold, MD; a sister, Carol Johnson of Greenville; nine great grandchildren, Brendan Danes, Brooke Kivimaki, Hayden Kivimaki, Blake Kivimaki, Lily Logan, Violet Logan, Ren Logan, Chason Blumer, and Pam Channell; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, Samuel & Grace Fisher, and husband, James,  she was preceded in death by: a granddaughter, Emily Danes; her step-mother, Maxine Fisher; her son-in-law, Doug Roberts, and a brother, Samuel Fisher, Jr.

She was born January 17, 1928 in Toledo, OH to William and Merriel Wentworth.
Gladys was the all American typical housewife of her time. She raised her children and took care of all the duties the homemaker would do.  She was simply known as grandma to so many, not just her own but many friends and neighbors that knew her called her this because she just had that way of looking out for everyone.
Born out of the depression era she just had that sense that it was always her responsibility to care for and make sure everyone around was ok and had enough. Gladys enjoyed visiting with friends and family alike, often taking long car rides with her kids and grandkids to see the local wildlife, even stopping to enjoy some fishing at a local lake.
Gladys is survived by two sons, Todd and Howard Beil both of Greenville, and two daughters, Anna Crawford and Carol Heckman, both of Hadley.  Also surviving are three stepsons, Ernie Beil, Ron Beil, and Ben Beil. Preceding Gladys in death, in addition to her parents, were her husband, Howard Beil; a sister, Beatrice Shongo; and two stepsons, Fred Beil and Robert Beil.
Visitation will be held at Osborne-Williams Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 73 Columbia Ave. in Greenville, PA, on Monday, January 22nd, form 4:00 pm to 5:45 pm, where a funeral service will be held at 6:00 pm.  Burial will be held on Tuesday, January 23, 2024 in Deleware Cemetery.

Daughter of Carl and Helen Adams, Joanne was born on April 5, 1939 in Greenville, PA.  She graduated in 1957 from Penn High School and married the love of her life, Allen, on July 20, 1963. Joanne worked as a homemaker, was a lifelong member of Calvary United Methodist Church and her family meant everything to her. Joanne was blessed with the opportunity to travel to all 50 states and a once in a lifetime trip to Germany.  As a newlywed, Joanne moved to Oklahoma with her husband who was stationed at Ft. Sill.  Across her years, she also resided temporarily in Meadville, Erie, and Louisville, KY, but she never moved away from Greenville. It was always her home.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her three brothers, Donald, Glenn and Clair, and an infant daughter, Jill.  Joanne is survived by her husband of 60 years, Allen Miller, and their children, Dianne (Bryan) Applequist, Todd (Christina) Miller, Emily (Adam) Johnson, and Susan (Roger) Vandervort.  She has 10 precious grandchildren, Ashley, Jessica (Steele), Katie, Alexandra, Isaac, Ian, Aaron, Asher, Lauren and Jackson, as well as one great-grandson, Bryant.  She is also survived by sister-in-law, Claudia York, and many cousins, nieces, nephews, extended family and dear friends.

He was married to the former Virgina R. (Axtell) McGranahan on November 30, 2000 and she survives at home.
Clyde is survived by his wife, two daughters, Noel (and her husband, Ron) Spencer of Laurens, SC, Tracey Frye of Erie; step son, Glen S. (and his wife, Ann) Smith of Orlando, FL; step daughter, Susie (and her husband, Greg) Shirey of Greenville, PA; grandchildren, Sammie (and her husband Garrett) Blaschak, Makaela Rust, Maddie Shirey, Clay Shirey, Avery Shirey, Hope Spencer (and her companion Barry Smith) Emily Spencer; One great grandchild, Ryker Smith; and sister, Bonnie Glass of Yuma, AZ.

Obituary Preview: Ronald “Darkie” Darcangelo, 74, of Greenville, PA passed away on January 7, 2024, at home surrounded by family. Ron was born in Grove City on May 24th, 1949, to the late Pete and Virginia D’Angio Darcangelo. He married June Fry, who loves him with all her heart, on June 23, 1991.
Ron was often found having coffee at local restaurants, and riding his Harley with friends. He loved classic cars, playing cards - especially Euchre, and he was known for his generosity in helping both friends and strangers.
He attended Mercer schools and later became a truck driver, he retired from Sharon Tube in 2007, and was most known for owning the Greenville Dinor with his wife, June.
He leaves behind his wife June, a brother Vincent & wife Donna, children Dee (Darcangelo) Henry (Greg), Tony Darcangelo (Gretchen) and Dawn Corder (Mike). Two nephews Vince Darcangelo (Grace) and Brian Warner (Olimpia). And a furbaby, Zoey.
Ron was preceded in death by his parents, his sister Linda (Darcangelo) Neville, Grandparents, all born in Italy, and several aunts, uncles, and cousins. He will be reunited with his beloved dogs Cheyanne, Copper, and Sophie.
Special thanks to the compassionate people at LIFE NW-PA for their care and companionship that Ron enjoyed.
