Eddie is survived by his beloved Partner of 22 years Connie Helton, his loving children Jeffrey Klickner of Portsmouth, Ohio, Eddie Lee (Tanya) Klickner of Carlisle, Kentucky, and Lisa Hayslip of West Union, Ohio; his adored grandchildren Shane (Katherine) Mefford, Teresa Abner, Jesse Abner, Joel Abner, Waylon Abner, Elizabeth Helton, Reanna Abner, John Mefford, Josh Hagan, Makayla Mazengio, Derek Spires, Karena Spires, Eli Hayslip, Reid Hayslip, Thomas Shaffer, Tony Shaffer, Kim Shepard, Anita Abner, Austin Shaffer, and Amber Shaffer, along with several great grandchildren.  He also leaves behind is caring siblings Tony (Sarah) Klickner of Sandusky, Ohio, Rocky (Edie) Klickner of Winchester, Ohio, and Peggy Long of Pikeville, Ohio.
Eddie enjoyed hunting and motorcycles.

Obituary Preview: Brady Dunn of Mt. Orab, Ohio passed away on Friday, May 17, 2024, in Columbus, Ohio, at the age of 37. He was born on September 21, 1986, in Amarillo, Texas to his loving parents Doug and Kathy Dunn of Mt. Orab, Ohio.
In addition to his parents Brady is survived by his cherished daughter Jordin Paige Dunn, his caring sister Hannah (Shawn) Simes and nephew Lyle Simes of Mt. Orab, Ohio. Along with his adoring grandmothers Theresa Stone of Dalhart, Texas, and Wanetta Dunn of Mt. Orab, Ohio. Including numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, family, and friends.
Brady was preceded in death by his grandfathers Carroll Dunn, and James Thompson, and his grandmother Kathleen Waits.
Brady was an avid Cincinnati Reds Fans. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
A Memorial Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 1, 2024, from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm at Megie Funeral Home located at 104 Spice Street, Mt. Orab, Ohio 45154.

Bob is survived by his loving children, Ronda K (Johnny) Varney of Batavia, Ohio, and Jedidiah J.A. (Tracy) Zurmehly of Mt. Orab, Ohio; his adored grandchildren: Tequila Davis, Alexander S. Zurmehly, Ashely A. Varney, and Lillyana Zurmehly.  Along with his cherished great-grandchildren, Kyra and Liam; his caring siblings, Tom (Connie) Zurmehly of Owensville, Ohio, and Karen (Dennis) Donovan of Felicity, Ohio.
In addition to his parents, Bob was preceded in death by his beloved wife, JoNell (nee Hall) Zurmehly.
Bob proudly served in the United States Air Force and he was retired from Milicron.  Bob was also a member of the Eastern Hills Rod and Gun Club.
Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, May 16, 2024, at 12:00 p.m. at Megie Funeral Home located at 104 Spice Street, Mt, Orab, Ohio 45154.  Visitation will begin at 10:00 a.m. and run until the time of service.  Military Honors will be bestowed following the services at Mt. Orab Cemetery.

Obituary Preview: Anna “Cookie” (Hanshaw) Vrablic, born on December 16, 1945, entered eternal rest on Sunday, May 5, 2024, while at Hospice of Hope at Adams County Regional Medical Center in Seaman, Ohio. Anna was married to Mike Vrablic on November 7, 1992, and they shared a life filled with love and cherished moments.
Anna's life was marked by her dedication to family, friends, and community. She graduated from Russellville High School and went on to work at Lake Manor restaurant for an impressive 30 years. She loved to cook for anyone and everyone.
Anna was preceded in death by her mother, Shirley Hanshaw, her sisters, Martha Minton, and Linda Latham, brothers, Fred and Arthur Hanshaw, Wid and Beaner Scarberry, as well as her sons, Paul Mitchem, and RoyLee Mitchem.
In addition to her beloved husband of 31 years, Anna is survived by her loving sons, John Bays and Miles Bays, her daughter, Anna (Bays) Skaggs, brothers, Harold and Danny Hanshaw, numerous grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and a host of friends who will deeply miss her presence.
Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, May 9, 2024, at 1:00 pm at Megie Funeral Home located at 104 Spice Street, Mt. Orab, Ohio 45154. Margie was a member of the Batavia Baptist Temple.

Murpha leaves behind her loving sons Robert Comberger Sr. of Williamsburg, Ohio, and Michael Comberger of Williamsburg, Ohio; her adored grandchildren Dystine, Ezabelle, Giovanni, Gary Jr., Robbie, and Kaiden. Along with her niece Virginia Liming of Florida, and nephew Danny Liming of Pennsylvania.
Murpha had a huge family that extended to the Waitses, the Combergers, the Campbells, the Morgans, and the Runnies.
In addition to her parents Murpha was preceded in death by her husband Robert William "Bill" Comberger who she was married to for 36 years and is now reunited with. She was also preceded in death by her siblings James "Jimmie" Herbert and Bobbie Liming.
Murpha loved taking care of children and her family. She also enjoyed the beach.

In addition to his parents Ronnie is preceded in death by his siblings Jimmie Combs, Teddie Combs, and Jackie Combs, and his beloved wife Deborrah Combs.
Ron loved to hunt, and fish, but most of all he loved spending time with his family.
Ron served in the United States Marine Corps during the Bitter End of the Vietnam Conflict.

Gloria is survived by her son Dana Buttrick and his wife Mary Elizabeth, her daughter Amanda LePosa and her husband Andrew, daughter Kimberly Swinkunas, and son Garett Gardner. She adored her grandchildren Loren Jacob, Aaron, Cheyenne, Audrey, Aidan, Arison, Lena, Amanda, Tabitha, and Samantha, as well as her great-grandchildren Allie, Logan, Jacob, Libby, Nathan, Caleb, Bentley, Maddox, Karlee, and Aubrey.
Gloria was welcomed in heaven by her beloved husband Donnie Swinkunas and daughter Shawn Osborne, as well as her parents and grandparents.
Gloria had a larger-than-life personality; creative, eccentric, and never met a stranger. If you were ever lucky enough to have a conversation with her you would know her entire life story or close to it. She was an artist and avid crafter, gifted with the ability to master any medium she tackled. What some of us saw as junk, she saw as her next artistic creation. She truly enjoyed sharing her creative passions with her grandchildren. Even more, she just loved spending time with her family.
Visitation will be held 5:00 - 7:00 pm Tuesday, April 23, 2024, at Megie Funeral Home in Mt Orab, Ohio at 104 Spice St. with services immediately following. Interment will be at the Miami Cemetery in Corwin, Ohio, on Wednesday, April 24, 2024, at 2:00 pm.

Ed is survived by his loving siblings Evelyn Masters of Louisville, Kentucky, Pansy Nunn of Louisville, Kentucky, and Wayne Keith Nunn of Louisville, Kentucky, and his adored nieces and nephews Angie, Ryan, and Kyle. And his good friends Jack Reed, Amy Sloas, Dick Lodwick and family, Mark Ross, and Chuck Siemon.
In addition to his parents Ed was preceded in death by his brothers-in-law Virgil Masters, and Wayne Taylor.
Ed served in the United States Army during the Vietnam conflict where he worked with the Military Police dogs.
Ed was a career horse trainer and shower.

She passed peacefully away on March 22,2024, at Hospice of Hope in Maysville, Kentucky. Being a lifelong resident of Brown County, Ohio she was an active member of Mt. Orab Chapter # 514, Order of the Eastern Star; Ideal Court # 4 Order of the Amaranth; a former member of the VFW Ladies Auxiliary and the Georgetown # 2293 Order of the Eagles. She worked tirelessly for many years in service to the elderly and various restaurants in the Mt. Orab & Sardinia area.
She was born to William Henry McQuitty & Freida Angeline (Jacobs) McQuitty on April 4, 1948. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by 3 brothers Ronald Keith McQuitty; Brian McQuitty; Duane McQuitty; 2 Sisters Caroline McQuitty and Marilyn McQuitty and her husband Robert Moler; her first husband Oakley Moore, and stepson Robert Moore.
She is survived by her son Anthony Scott McQuitty (Angela) of Maysville, Kentucky; her sisters Sherry Bingamon, Sardinia, Ohio; Cindy Newberry (J.R.), Hamersville, Ohio, and Teresa McQuitty, Highland County, Ohio, her brothers; Stephen McQuitty (Karen), Ripley, Ohio; Barry McQuitty, of Michigan; Delmar McQuitty of West Portsmouth, Ohio and one (1) Grandson: Robert Wayne McQuitty; step-daughters Tammy Lynch from Georgia; Becky Moore from Iowa and step-son Terry Cox. She is survived by several nieces, nephews, and friends including a special family friend Gary Gragg.
Services will be at the Mt. Orab Methodist Church on April 1, 2024. Visitation will begin at 1pm with the Celebration of Life at 2 pm. Eastern Star services will be conducted at the service.

Obituary Preview: Mildred “Midge” Irene McKinley went home to be with the Lord on Monday, March 18, 2024, in Mt. Orab, Ohio where she was surrounded by her loving family, she was 84 years old. Midge was born to the late Floyd T. and Dolly Lucille (nee Davis) Moore on May 16, 1939, in Portsmouth, Ohio.
Midge didn’t know a stranger and welcomed everyone with open arms. The family spent the summers breaking beans and shucking corn. There was never a dull moment at Mamaw’s house.
She is survived by daughter Debbie (Tom) McClellan, sons Lonnie (Lisa) McKinley, Rod (Paula) McKinley, and Carlos McKinley, along with her best friend Judy Shultz. Including brother Ernie Moore, and sister Dottie Marck.
Midge was loved by many, including her grandchildren Kayla (Josh) Purcell, Destiny Ryan, Brittany Luck, Tonya Holsinger, Zach (Amanda) McKinley, and Tina Gunderson. Midge had 15 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren.
In addition to her parents Midge was preceded in death by her beloved husband Jim “Hoot” McKinley, and daughters Retha Highfield, and Deena Kamp.

Obituary Preview: Albert John Wass of Bethel, Ohio passed away at the Ohio Veterans Home in Georgetown, Ohio on Saturday, March 16, 2024, he was 82 years old.  John was born to the late Albert John and Agnes Rose "Poe" (nee Ross) Wass on October 19, 1941 in Cincinnati, Ohio.
John is survived by his loving children John Wass (Krista), Kandy Riley, Melissa Wass, and Darren Wilson; his adored grandchildren JD Wass (Jenelle), Brian Wass (Heather), Joshua Wass, Cassidy Wass, Jared Riley (Michelle), Zachary Riley (Amber), Skylar Wass, Elaine Wass, and Stephanie Sutton (Jody).  Along with his cherished great grandchildren Stella Wass; Axton, Waylyn and Kortlyn Riley; Alexis and Brady Sutton, and his caring siblings Mark (Bev) Wass, Dennis Wass, and Kathy McIntyre (Dave). Including nieces nephews, friends, and shipmates.
In addition to his parents John was preceded in death by his beloved wife Marianne (nee Murray) Wass, and sister Dixie Rose Wass.
John retired from the United States Navy in 1979 serving in the Vietnam Conflict with a rank of QMC (SS), he was also a retired Insurance Agent from John Hancock.  John enjoyed attending any and all veterans events/activities and family sporting events, making his weekly visits to the VFW/American legion.  He also loved sitting on his back porch reading, and listening to music.  John took trips, near and far, he was known to tell jokes he picked up from his time in the service, along with submarine stories. During his time in the Navy, John was known to be aboard several US Submarines and Battleships:
USS Bluefish 675, USS Cincinnati 693, USS Sea Lion 315, USS Sea Leopard 483, USS Bordelon DDR-811, USS Sea Devil 664, and the USS Orion AS-18.  Some stays were longer than others. Sometimes months, sometimes years, but all experiences built him into the Chief we knew and loved. He took great pride in fighting for this country and his family takes great pride in his legacy.
After retiring from the Navy, his focus shifted to the joy he felt for all of his great grandchildren. He loved taking care of everyone, young and old. He will forever be the best "Pop" and will be truly missed by all.
A Graveside service will be held on Saturday, March 23, 2024 at Williamsburg Cemetery, Williamsburg, Ohio at 11:00 am, where Military Honors will be bestowed.

Obituary Preview: Debra (Debbie) Sue Beam, daughter of Charles Paul and Betty Jean Beam, was born on January 14, 1959, in West Union, Ohio and passed away on March 14, 2024, at Monarch Meadows Nursing Home in Seaman, Ohio. She was preceded in death by her father on April 6, 2005 and her mother on November 24, 2016.
Even though Debbie was a life-time handicapped person, she always liked to be on the go. She loved shopping, especially at J C Penney, even if she didn’t get to buy anything. She was very seldom found without a catalogue or magazine on her lap, even in bed. She accompanied her parents and aunt on many vacation trips, usually including a country-western show. Her favorite snacks were potato chips, Hershey kisses, and Coke. She enjoyed watching parades of any kind, in person or on television. The TV was on for her during every waking minute.
After her parents were both gone, Debbie moved into the Monarch Meadows Nursing Home where she spent the rest of her years. She made many friends there, giving hugs and throwing kisses to everyone who gave her attention, even other patient’s visitors. She enjoyed living there, and thought of that as her new home.
She attended the Cherry Fork Presbyterian Church, where she made many friends. Debbie was a loving, friendly sister and aunt, and will be missed by her biological family, her church family, and her family from Monarch Meadows. She is survived by her sister Brenda (Ronnie) Shupert of Seaman, brothers Dennis (Rhonda) Beam of Winchester and Mike (Cindy) Beam of Peebles, 3 nieces and 4 nephews, 6 great nieces and 12 great nephews.
Funeral Services are scheduled for Wednesday, March 20, 2024, at 11:00 am at the Cherry Fork Presbyterian Church located at 14806 St Rt 136, Cherry Fork, Ohio 45618. Visitation will be held at the church on Tuesday, March 19, 2024, from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Burial will follow at the Cherry Fork Cemetery. Pastor Nadine Behm officiating.
