She was the wife of Robert P. Urkuski.  Born in Reading, PA, she was the daughter of the late Harry M. and Grace (McDevitt) Bitting.  Emma (also known as Pat, Aunt Pat, or Grammie Emma) enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren as they were growing up.
Emma enjoyed traveling abroad with her husband and family.  She was a Holland America Cruise Line 5 Star Mariner.
She worked for the IRS as a Revenue Representative for 29 years.
She was predeceased by her sister, Vivian J. Bitting Reynolds Hoffman. Surviving in addition to her husband is her daughter, Vivian J. (Urkuski) Stetzler, Sinking Spring, PA; her son, John J. Urkuski, Flagstaff, AZ; her brother, James H. Bitting, Reading, PA; 3 grandchildren: Heather J. Urkuski, Bozeman, MT; Austin J. Urkuski, Collegeville, PA; and Julian P. Stetzler, Columbia, SC. In addition, she leaves behind three great grandchildren, Aiden J. Urkuski, Connor J. Urkuski and Declan C. Urkuski. His remains had been escorted from St. Joseph Hospital by his fellow crew members.  He was the husband of Theresa Dawn (Toner) Immel.  Born in Ephrata, PA., he is the son of Leonard H. Immel, Madisonburg, PA., and the late Betty Vivian (Corman) Immel. Ron had graduated from Downingtown High School and had received his BS in Health Sciences from Ashley University.  He became an EMT in 1988 and later a Paramedic.  He had worked over 20 years as a precision mechanic for National Foam building fire trucks.  He worked at Good Fellowship Ambulance as an Asst Chief.  In his retirement he worked at Country Meadows ALF. He volunteered at Glen Moore Fire Company as Asst Chief and Exeter Township Fire Dept as Safety officer and Lieutenant. He received numerous awards and recognitions for his volunteer service. Ron was a mentor and true friend to so many people.  Ron loved to tell stories. "Don't make me get out my poisonous pen" was one of his favorite sayings to his crews.  Ron was an avid hunter and loved hunting with his Father, Brother, Uncles and many cousins. He was a true animal lover and loved all his furbabies. Surviving in addition to his wife and father are his children, Ronald Lee husband of Rebekah Immel, Sullivan County, PA, Amanda C. Immel, wife of Tyler Brown, Exeter Twp., PA, Miranda Long, Douglassville, PA.; brother, Jeffrey husband of Laura Immel, Mohnton, PA; sister, Betty wife of Dave Osborne, Nottingham, PA; 3 grandchildren, Jake, Tyler and Chloe.
