(Cathy) Downs. Charlie was a proud Marine actively serving from 1942-1946. Charlie participated in Rochester's Honor Flight for American Veteran's Mission 55.
Appreciation, gratitude and love to the nurses and the entire staff at Penfield Place Nursing Home. Everybody thought of "Uncle Charlie" as a friend. He will be dearly missed by all.
