Survived by her husband Karl Suter and these children; Lori Lordo and husband Richard of Butler and Michael Suter and wife Jeanne of Ortonville, MI.  Grandchildren: Caitlin, Sean, Madelyn and Nolan. Sister of Linda Howard of Roswell, GA and David Phillips of New York. Judith was a member of Grace United Methodist Church, volunteered for the Somerset Food Pantry and enjoyed playing cards with various card clubs. Friends will be received from 9 to 11 am Saturday in the ROBERT H. HLVERSON FUNERAL HOME where services will immediately follow   with Reverend Eric Raygor officiating. Born August 20, 1954, in Meyersdale, she is the daughter of the late James A, and Helen Genevieve (Haselbarth) Foley. Preceded in death by sister, Nancy Foley. Survived by sister, Mary Foley of Pittsburgh and many dear, loving friends. Patricia graduated from Meyersdale Area High School in 1972 and was the valedictorian of her class. She worked in Somerset at the Daily American newspaper for 48 years, where she made many lasting friendships. She retired from the newspaper in 2021 as the manager of the Classified department. Patricia loved nature. She loved flowers and was an avid  gardener. She  loved going to flower shows a Phipps Conservatory and she enjoyed gong to the Amish greenhouses in the Summit Mills/Meyersdale area. She also loved animals and rescued many stray cats in her neighborhood. Patricia enjoyed spending time with her family and friends and her beloved cats Red, Ruby, Ralph, Fred, Bob and Tilly. Friends will be received from 3 -7 Tuesday in the ROBERT H. HALVERSON FUNERAL HOME. A funeral mass will be held at St. Peter’s Catholic Church on Wednesday at 10 am with Father Angelo Patti celebrant. Committal in Husband Cemetery. Grandchildren: Jordan and Jared Stern and Collin Felix and great-grandchildren; Colby and Charlie Stern. Brother of Marlin and Emily (Livingston) Stern of Davidsville, Brother-in-law of Ethel Stern of Bedford, and Thelma Stern of Stoystown. Ernest was a member of All Saints Catholic Church, US Army Veteran, and former co-owner of Ernie and Greg Stern Painting and Wallpaper. He was a lifetime member of Jenner Rod and Gun Club and Somerset Oddfellow’s Lodge #438. Ernie was a passionate fan of the Pittsburgh Pirates and Steelers and enjoyed growing vegetables in his garden, deer hunting, and spending time with his family. At Ernie’s request, there will be no viewing. A funeral mass will be held Thursday at 11 am at All Saints Catholic Church, Boswell, Father Aron Maghsoudi celebrant. Committal in Mt. She graduated from Somerset High School and Slippery Rock College with dual degrees in Physical Education and Science. Former educator at Elderton and Jenner Boswell Joint Schools. Retired in 1994 from Somerset Area Schools.  From cheerleading advisor to Girls Basketball Coach, to assisting at-risk youth, she always went above and beyond her role in the classroom. Past President of Somerset Junior Hospital Auxillary and Somerset Area Education Association. Member of Trinity Lutheran Church. Services will be private with interment at Somerset County Memorial Park. Sincere gratitude to all of those who stayed in touch, especially her buddy Cole Suter. Also preceded in death by a brother Irvin and an infant brother. Survived by his wife Martha (Miller) Stanga, son James Stanga and wife Gina of Sipesville, daughter Jodie Basinger and husband Douglas of Fairhope and grandchildren; Brett Stanga, Devon and Lauren Basinger and Brianna Aultz. John was a member of St. Peter’s Catholic Church, Somerset Eagles 1801 and the VFW. He was a Korea Army veteran, a founding member of the Somerset Wrestling Boosters, an avid Steeler fan, hunter, fisherman and outdoors man. He was a master gardener and his specialty was growing tomatoes. John worked 28 years for the Acme Market, was a parking valet at Somerset Hospital and worked for Ed Witt Painting until he started Stanga Fire Extinguisher Service. He enjoyed the career of truck driving from 1960 until retiring in 2016. Roy was extremely dedicated to his family and friends. He loved spending time with his grandchildren, fishing, watching NASCAR, the Steelers and listening to his favorite band ACDC. Roy was a man of many words, seemed to know everyone but the one thing that we will surely miss is his “I love you’s”. Friends will be received from 2-4 & 6-8 Friday in the Robert H. HALVERSON FUNERAL HOME and from 12 to 1 pm Wednesday in the Beulah United Methodist Church where services will immediately follow with Reverend Tom Brown officiating.  Interment in Beulah Cemetery with full military honors.
