Obituary Preview: I'm Free
Don t grieve for me, for now I m free I m following the path God laid for me. I took his hand when I heard him call I turned my back and left it all. I could not stay another day to laugh, to love, to work or play. Tasks undone must stay that away. I found that peace at close of day. If my parting has left a void then fill it with remembered joy. A friendship shared, a laugh, a kiss, ah, yes these things I too will miss. Be not burdened with times of sorrow I wish you the sunshine of tomorrow. My life s been full, Iv e savored much, good friends, good times, a loved one s touch. Perhaps my time seemed all to brief, don t lenghten it now with undue grief. Lift up your hearts and share with me God wanted me now: He set me free.

Jonathan Arturo Alfaro Osuna - February 04, 2005 - June 17, 2022

Departed: 06/17/2022 (Sun City)
Obituary Preview: Little Angels When God calls little children to dwell with Him above. We mortals sometimes question the wisdom of His love. for no heartache compares with the death of one small child, who does so much to make our world seem wonderful and mild. Perhaps God tires of calling the aged to His fold. So He picks a rosebud before it can grow old. God knows how much we need them and so He takes but few, to make the land of Heaven more beautiful to view. Believing this is difficult still somehow we must try. The saddest word mankind know will always be "Goodbye". So when a child departs we who are left behind, must realize God loves children, Angels are hard to find.

For part of us went with you, The day God called you home. You left us beautiful memories, Your love is still our guide. And although we cannot see you, You are always at our side. Our family chain is broken, And nothing seems the same, But as God calls us one by one, The chain will link again.

Now that he has passed away, of course there is emptiness and pain, confusion and maybe a little bit of anger at death coming to a man of 55 years old. But in many ways the gift of Nick's life is still here with us. He lives on in our memories and stories and in all of us of what we have become because of him. So I encourage all of you to share today, tomorrow and the years to come, your memories and your stories, and to share the pain of your loss as well. In this way we will keep the gift of Nick's life alive.
