Obituary Preview: Michael “Mike” Dee Stepp, 72, pf Logan, WV, passed away on April 22, 2022, at the VA Sanctuary of the Ohio Valley in Ironton, OH.
He was born to Zeph Stepp and Blanche Murphy Stepp Gore on October 25, 1949, at Delbarton, WV.
Mike was a graduate of the Logan High School Class of 1969. He joined the United States Army following graduation and served in the Vietnam War overseas for a year.
Mike was the husband to the love of his life, the late Blanche Chirico Stepp. They were high school sweethearts that were able to stand the test of time for 40 plus years. One of his biggest accomplishments was being the World’s Best Dad to one daughter, April Stepp Wallace of Kenova, WV. Mike also had the chance to be an incredible Papaw to one granddaughter, who was the apple of his eye, Abigail Adams of Kenova, WV. He was always there for April and Abby through ups and downs, and he taught them how to be hard workers and to love strong.
Mike was a hero and mentor to the many who were lucky enough to cross his path. He was an incredibly hard-working man who worked as an underground electrician in the coal mines for 32 years before retiring. Those that knew Mike knew there was not anything he couldn’t fix or build. He always said, “Do it right the first time or don’t do it at all.” Mike was also a 32nd Degree Mason and a member of the Aracoma Lodge #99 A.F. & A.M. in Logan, WV.
Mike is preceded in death by his parents, Zeph and Blanche; one brother, Larry Stepp; and two special dogs, Baby and Prissy.
Aside from being survived by his daughter and granddaughter, Mike also leaves behind his loving sister, Kyra Noel (Don) of Minford, OH; sister-in-law, Grace Chirico Harris of Huntington, WV; nieces, Mia Lawson (Mikie) of Elkhorn City, KY, and Lynda Hampton (Tom) of Marion, VA; special cousin, David Stepp of DeLand, FL; best friend, Steve Evans of Logan, WV; extra special friends, Elizabeth Stultz Stock of Garner, NC, and Mike and Barb Hunter of Huntington, WV.
Visitation will be held on Monday, April 25, 2022, from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Evans Funeral Home in Chapmanville, WV.
Funeral services will be conducted on Tuesday, April 26, 2022, at 2:00 p.m. at the Evans Funeral Home Chapel in Chapmanville, WV, with Rev. Lonnie Gore, Jr., officiating.
Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Cemetery at Pecks Mill, WV, where Military Graveside Rites will be observed. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
The family would like to send a special thank you to the Huntington VA Hospital ICU, the VA Sanctuary of the Ohio Valley, and Hospice of Huntington.

Born December 7, 1941, at Lake, he was a son of Joe and Alma White Robinson.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his first wife, Doris; one sister, Opal Woody; and one brother, Carl “Pup” Robinson.
Dave was a U.S. Army Veteran who was proud of his family for any accomplishment, big or small.
Survivors include his wife of 17 years, Isabell Woody Robinson; siblings, Terry (Ruby) Robinson, Ernest (Sissy) Robinson, Pauline (Harmon) Carter, Jeanette (Bob) White, and Pat Rose; step-children, Evelyn Hall, Wilma (Truman) Adkins, Buddy (Angel) Hall, and Penny (Bill) Sullins; 11 step-grandchildren, 24 step-great-grandchildren, and 2 step-great-great-grandchildren, all of whom he loved as if they were his own, and a host of nieces and nephews.
Upon his request, no visitation services will be held, but a memorial service will be held at a later date.

Born January 12, 1949, at Logan County, WV, he was the son of the late Waymouth and Princess Irene Duty May.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one brother, Bob May; two sisters, Anna Jean Steele and Lillian Catone; and his parents-in-law, Robert and Wynona Thomas.
Fred worked as a coal miner for many years. He was a devout Christian and a member of the Gospel Truth Church at Stone Branch. A sports enthusiast, Fred was extremely athletic and loved playing sports. He was also an avid outdoorsman and enjoyed riding his side by side. A devoted son, husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend, Fred loved his family and his grandbabies.
Those left to cherish his memory are his loving wife of 47 years, Tammy Thomas May; his daughter, Heather Napier of Chapmanville, WV; his son, Freddie (April) May of Big Creek, WV; two granddaughters, Sylest (Myran) Copley of Chapmanville, WV, and Sydney (Dustin) Ball of Lake, WV; his great-grandchildren; Maxi and Myles Copley and Benjamin “Benji” Ball; his step-grandchildren and great-grandchildren, Chris “Bub” Adams, Riley, Karlie, and Charlie Adkins all of Big Creek, WV, Jasmin (Justin) Watson and Sawyer Watson all of Charleston, WV; one special brother, Don “Bud” (Sharon) May of Low Gap, NC; special nieces, Diane (Jack) Mullins and Lisa (John) Ellis all of Chapmanville, WV; one special nephew, Donnie May of Bluefield, WV. Additionally, Fred leaves behind many nieces and nephews along with a host of extended family and friends.

Born May 23, 1949, at Harts, WV, he was the son of the late Bernie Workman and Ruth McCloud Mullins.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one daughter, Lisa Kathleen Mullins; three sisters, Agnes, Donna, and Mae; one brother, Elmer Mullins; and one sister-in-law, Ethel Mullins.
Lanny was a self-taught musician. He played many different instruments including guitar, banjo, and mandolin. He played rock and roll, gospel, and bluegrass music.
Lanny is survived by three children, Lana Kristine Dingess of Wheeling, WV, Lanny Keith Mullins, Jr., of Madisonville, TN, and Lee Kendall (Mercedes) Mullins, Sr., of Parkersburg, WV; his grandchildren, Alex Dingess, Matthew Smith, Abigail, Maddelyn, Samantha, Ethan, Lee Kendall Mullins, Jr., Levi Kole Mullins, Logan Kadence Mullins, and Lillian KeeLee Mullins; numerous great-grandchildren; two sisters, Susie Chapman of Indiana and Patricia (Howard) Self of Trussville, AL; two brothers, Frank (Susanna) Mullins, Jr., of Parkersburg, WV, and Richard (Luz) Mullins of Willis, TX. Additionally, Lanny leaves behind many nieces and nephews along with a host of extended family and friends.
The family would like to give a special thank you to all the doctors, nurses, and staff that provided care for Lanny in his time of need. Also, a special thank you to Hope and Madi for their visits that lifted his spirits. We appreciate you all.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, April 27, 2022, at the Evans Funeral Home Chapel in Chapmanville, WV.
Visitation will be held one hour prior to services at the funeral home on Wednesday.
To honor Lanny’s wishes, his remains will be cremated and scattered near his home place.

Janice was a homemaker. She enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She also enjoyed watching television, writing, and walking. She was of the Baptist Faith.
Those left to cherish her memory are one daughter, Tina (James) Jenkins of Omar, WV; one son, Raymond (Tammy) Booth of Chapmanville, WV; one grandson, Andrew (Mandy) Booth of Mt. Gay, WV; one granddaughter, Deanna (Jeff) Pauley of Chapmanville, WV; six great-grandchildren; one sister, Patricia Mills of Sunbeam, WV. Gregory Neil Perry - January 19, 1948 - April 14, 2022

Obituary Preview: Gregory Neil Perry, 74, of Verner, West Virginia, passed away peaceably, surrounded by close family and loved ones, on April 14, 2022.
Greg was born on January 19, 1948, in Welch, West Virginia, to Opal and Juanita Perry.  Greg was a graduate of Gilbert High School, Class of 1966.  After graduation, he worked for the family business, O.M. Perry Sand Company.  Afterwards, Greg became self-employed and worked in construction, trucking, and real estate.  As Greg grew older, he developed a passion for aviation.  He pursued and achieved his dream of obtaining his pilot license.
Greg also developed a love for Jesus Christ and was saved on August 19, 2021.  The family is so thankful knowing that one day they will be together again in Heaven.
Anyone that met Greg knew he was a kind, loving, and giving person and always wanted to see the best in everyone he met. In his spare time, he enjoyed watching The Andy Griffith Show and Bonanza.
Greg was preceded in death by his mother, Juanita, his father, Opal, two brothers, Shane and  Zane Perry, and two sisters, Sharon and infant Perry.
He leaves behind his three children, Katrina (Jim) Perry of Lyburn, West Virginia, Kristi (Greg) Dotson of Winfield, West Virginia, and Tara (Steve) Davis of Grundy, Virginia.
He also leaves behind six grandchildren, Eric, Kayla, Brooke, Kyle, Logan, and Gracie; and 4 great-grandchildren, Cameron, Brayden, Easton and Karson.
We mourn the loss of our father and encourage everyone that knew him to remember the family in their thoughts and prayers.
To honor Greg’s wishes, his remains will be cremated.
There will be a memorial service for Gregory Perry on Wednesday, April 27, 2022, at 1:00 p.m. at Mounts Funeral Home in Gilbert, WV, with Eddie Merritt officiating.
Greg will be laid to rest beside his brother, Zane, at Skyline Cemetery in Justice, WV.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James Woodrow Dingess; one son, Ralph Dwayne Dingess, and her mother-in-law, Carmel Barker Dingess.
Mrs. Dingess was a Teacher’s Aid for the Logan County Board of Education for 28 years. She was a devout Christian and a member of the Chapmanville United Baptist Church. A loving daughter, wife, mother, grandmother, and friend, she was very devoted to her family. In her spare time, she enjoyed watching soap operas, and she loved watching her grandbabies play ball.
Those left to cherish her memory are one daughter, Sandra Joyce (John) Adams; one son, James Alvin Dingess; two grandchildren, Sandra Nicole (Josh) Farley and Courtney Marie McKinney; her great-grandchildren, Addison Nicole Farley, Jonathan Ryan Farley, Korilynn Isebella Constant, Oakleigh Abagail McKinney, and Owen Michael Lee McKinney. Additionally, Loredith leaves behind a host of extended family and friends.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, April 16, 2022, at the Evans Funeral Home Chapel at Chapmanville, WV, with Rev. D.J. Scarberry officiating.
Burial will follow in Barker Cemetery at Garrett Fork, Chapmanville, WV. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.

Cheryl Chafin - June 24, 1947 - April 13, 2022

Obituary Preview: Cheryl Chafin (née Hall), age 74, joined her Heavenly Father on April 13, 2022. Born in Yolyn, WV, on June 24, 1947, to Bill and Ethelene (Bailey) Hall, Cheryl attended Logan High School before moving to Florida. There, she married George Childers and had two daughters, Angela Kay and Dee Dee Rene, before returning to WV. She later remarried and had her third daughter, Misty Dawn, with then-husband Jim Chafin.
Cheryl was a cheerful and devout Christian and attended Victory Freewill Baptist Church in Mill Creek for over twenty years. During this time, she sang joyfully in the choir, worked with other members in the congregation to serve the community, and stayed busy, busy, busy in her garden. She was hard-working, she was generous and giving of all she had, and she loved to cook and try new recipes in the kitchen (often while humming a little tune).
Cheryl was both eager and patient to meet her Jesus in her later years due to declining health, and she was excited to join her beloved family that preceded her in death: her parents Bill and Ethelene Hall, her brothers William “Butch” Hall and Robert Craig Hall and her sister Brenda Lou Hall. Cheryl gave all of her love and attention to her grandchildren, and lifted everyone’s spirits, always.
She is survived by her sister Sharon Odella Daniels (Shilo), her brother Darrell Lee Hall (Bonnie Ray), and Sandra Kay (Hall) Preece (Aunt Kay is more like a sister than an aunt).
Her surviving children are Angela Conner (Trey), Dee Dee Curry (Billy), and Misty Farmer (Jimmy). Her grandchildren are Billie Curry (Shawna), Odessa Conner, Aeden Conner, and Abigayl Curry. She had one great grandson, named Waylon James Curry. She is also survived by many loving cousins, nieces and nephews, and many friends young and old alike in both West Virginia and Florida.
Funeral services will take place on Sunday, April 24,  in Chapmanville, WV, at Evans Funeral Home; visitation will be at noon, service at 1 p.m. with Reverend Rocky Chafin officiating. Burial services will follow at Forest Lawn Cemetery in Pecks Mill, WV.

Randy, as he was affectionately known, was a lover of music, and he enjoyed playing the guitar. He loved visiting and talking to people, and he never met a stranger. An avid outdoorsman, Randy also enjoyed fishing. He attended church services held by the street ministry in Logan.
He is survived by two brothers, Ricky Richards and his companion, Jessica Hughes, and Stanley Richards and his companion, Lisa Robinson all of Logan, WV; one sister, Sherry Richards of Man, WV; one special friend, Gail Lisa Perdue of Logan, WV; along with many nieces and nephews and a host of extended family and friends.
To honor his wishes, Randy’s remains will be cremated, and a memorial service will be held at a later date.

Mrs. Barker was a member of the First Baptist Church of Chapmanville. She was a loving daughter, wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend.
She is survived by one son, Ronald Edward “Ronnie” Barker of Chapmanville, WV; one grandson, Christopher Ronald Barker of Tornado, WV; one granddaughter, LaDonna Barker of North Carolina; two sisters, Rene (John) Counts of Logan, WV, and Doris Ann Brown Tomblin of Barboursville, WV. Additionally, she leaves behind a host of extended family and friends.
Services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, April 12, 2022, at the Highland Memory Gardens Mausoleum at Godby, WV, with Philip Meade officiating.

Obituary Preview: On Thursday, April 7, 2022, Charlene Smith Meade, 70, of Chapmanville, WV, passed away, ending a long and courageous battle with cancer.
Charlene was born July 11, 1951, at Logan, WV. She was the daughter of the late Joseph and Lelia Adkins Smith.
Charlene was a dedicated daughter, wife, mother, sister, grandmother, aunt, cousin, and friend. A kind and loving person, she saw the good in everyone. She was a devout Christian and a member of the First Christian Church of Logan where she served as the church treasurer, a member of the Christian Women’s Fellowship, and the Hand Bell Choir. She loved her church family.
She was the proud graduate of the 1969 Class of Logan High School where she was a member of the Logan High School Band and Majorettes. She was also a graduate of the Logan Branch of Marshall University and Bluefield State College. Charlene always supported the Logan High School Band and was one of the developers of the Logan High School Band Scholarship. Charlene began her employment career as secretary of Kenny Music Company at Logan, WV. A dedicated employee, she also served as a child advocate for the WV Department of Health and Human Resources, and she was the operations supervisor with the U.S. Social Security Administration, retiring in 2014.
Charlene is survived by her husband, Paul D. Meade of Chapmanville, WV; two sons, Joseph Meade and his wife Candice of Shady Spring, WV, and Jeremy Meade and his companion Victoria Johnson of Huntington, WV; one brother, Michael Smith and his wife Elaine of San Antonio, TX; six grandchildren, Alison Meade Jones and her husband Seth, Bailey Meade, Isaiah Meade, Isabella Meade, Chloe Craddock, and Adam Smith; one great-granddaughter, Macie Jones; her beloved canine companion, Maggie Mae. Additionally, Charlene leaves behind many nieces and nephews along with numerous friends and relatives.
Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. Monday, April 11, 2022, at the First Christian Church of Logan with Ministers Tom Chafin, Joe Layne, and Tim Secrist officiating.
Visitation will be held one hour prior to services at the church.
Entombment will follow in Forest Lawn Cemetery Mausoleum at Pecks Mill, WV.
Serving as pallbearers are Mike Cheek, Jimmie Meek, Frankie Stover, Jimmy Meade, Seth Jones, and Kenny Meade. Honorary pallbearers include Don Elkins, Doug Harris, Randy Smith, Allen P. She is survived by a daughter, Lana Sue Cremeans and her husband Carl; three sisters, Eunice Coburn, Marguerite Jones, and Jean Sutphin; and several nieces and nephews.

She is survived by brother, Ronald (Paula) Green of Pawleys Island, SC; nephew, Ronnie Green of Man, WV; sons, Brian Keith (April) White of Huntsville, AL, and Christopher (Garrett Savage) White of Phoenix, AZ; granddaughter, Jadis (White) Lawrence of Ft. Stewart, GA; grandson, Brian White Jr., of Ft. Polk, LA; and great-grandson, Lance Lawrence of Ft. Stewart, GA.
Over the years, countless souls were touched by her caring, generosity, warm hugs, sweet smile, and infinite love. She then brought all those special gifts to literally hundreds of people when she moved to Phoenix in June 2018. All who met her called her "Mama" and were loved wholeheartedly as if they were her own precious children. She never met a stranger. Her sassy sweetness was the stuff of local legend in Phoenix. She loved karaoke! She sang 100% from the heart and felt every word of what she sang. Nobody else could get a bigger, more resounding applause by singing "Coal Miner's Daughter," "Born To Be Wild," Take Me Home Country Roads," or "(If You're Not In It For Love) I'm Outta Here" quite like her. She really lit up a room.
Services will be held at Evans Funeral Home Chapel in Chapmanville, WV, with the visitation beginning Friday, April 15, 2022, from 6-9 p.m. and the funeral Saturday, April 16, 2022, at 11:00 a.m with Barry Stowers officiating.
Burial will follow in Highland Memory Gardens at Godby, WV.

Born September 26, 1951, at Logan, WV, he was the son of the late Raymond Elmer and Harriett Hutton Gilmour Murray.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sisters, Carolyn Mahon and Nancy Kirk.
Tom was a proud United States Air Force Veteran and worked as a coal miner until his retirement from Sidney Coal Company in 2015. Tom was an avid deer hunter, and he enjoyed fishing and collecting coins and guns. Above all, he cherished the time he spent with his family, especially his grandson, Maverick. Tom had a larger-than-life personality and will be remembered for his jokes and sense of humor.
Tom is survived by his loving wife of 45 years, Loretta Murray of Crooked Creek, WV; one daughter, Harriett “Sis” Cooper of Crooked Creek, WV; one son, Shannon Scott Murray of Florida; his grandson, Maverick Thomas Cooper; one brother, Chigger Murray of Crooked Creek, WV; one sister, Beverly Murray Strizzi of Crooked Creek, WV; nieces, Alisha “Big Cat” Murray of Hurrican, WV, Nickolena “Nico” Fortuna of Crooked Creek, WV, and Melanie Kirk of Ohio; nephew, Davey Strizzi of Ohio, along with numerous other nieces and nephews. Tom was also cherished by many friends and neighbors.
To honor Tom’s wishes, his remains will be cremated, and there will be no services.

Born October 21, 1935, at Chapmanville, WV, he was the son of the late Russell Scaggs and Lola Adams Pridemore.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Gay Scaggs; one son, Thomas Harold Scaggs; and one brother, Claude Scaggs.
Reford was employed with CSX Transportation as a railroad engineer and retired after 42 years of service. He attended the Striker Bible Church. An avid outdoorsman, Reford loved sitting on his porch and hunting. He was also an avid gun collector. He enjoyed many things in life, but he especially enjoyed going to Parkway and eating a delicious Parkway hot dog.
Those left to cherish his memory include two step-daughters, Shelby Stapleton of Chapmanville, WV, and Bonnie (William) Gibson of Virginia; two sons, Gerald Scaggs and Warren Scaggs both of Mount Pleasant, SC; his half-brother, Sam (Loretta) Pridemore of Chapmanville, WV; his beloved feline companion, Bob. Additionally, Reford also leaves behind many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews along with a host of extended family and friends.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, April 2, 2022, at the Evans Funeral Home Chapel at Chapmanville, WV, with Pastor John E. Godby officiating.
Burial will follow in Adams Cemetery at Striker Fork of Chapmanville, WV. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
Visitation will be held one hour prior to services Saturday at the funeral home.

Billy, as he was affectionately known, was of the Pentecostal Faith. He loved singing in church, reading his Bible, and playing musical instruments, especially the harmonica. He was a 1970 graduate of Logan High School. Billy was an avid car enthusiast, and he enjoyed assembling model cars. He also enjoyed basketball and wrestling. Billy was known as a jokester, and he always had a smile. He will long be remembered for making people laugh.
Those left to cherish his memory are one sister, Rosella (Eugene) Hensley; along with many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and a host of extended family and friends.
Private family graveside services will be held at Forest Lawn Cemetery at Pecks Mill, WV.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Johnny Hunter and Ronnie Hunter; and one sister, Carmel Mitchell.
Tommy was a Christian and a devoted husband, father, son, and brother. He proudly served his country in the Army during the Vietnam Conflict. He enjoyed NASCAR, Elvis movies, old rock and roll music, and antique cars.
Survivors include his loving and devoted wife of 51 years, Kathy Hunter; his wonderful daughter, Christy Hunter of Hewett, WV; two brothers, Donnie Hunter and James Hunter; four sisters, Esta (Billy) Akers, Peggy Tomblin, Lynn (Arkie) Tomblin, and Rebecca Tomblin.
The Hunter family would like to give a special thanks of appreciation to Dr. Jon Miller, Trinity Healthcare Services, Logan Regional Medical Center, Dignity Hospice of Chapmanville, and Sherry Ball for all their care and kindness.
A memorial service will be held at 3:00 p.m. Wednesday, March 30, 2022, at the Evans Funeral Home Chapel in Chapmanville, WV, with Rev. Roger McCauley and Rev. Paul Eldridge officiating. Military Honors will also be observed following the service.
Friends and family may call one hour prior to the service. Per his request, his remains have been cremated.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Tilford Blevins; one son, Ronnie (Vickie) Blevins; one grandson, James “Jimbo” Morris; and two brothers, Joseph Ray White and Jerry White.
Mrs. Blevins was a devout Christian and a member of the Church of Christ of Henlawson. She loved going to church and serving the Lord. A loving daughter, wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend, Armilda was very devoted to her family and loved them all. She was also known as the mother of the neighborhood where she enjoyed cooking for everyone, and she always made sure the kids of the neighborhood never left her home hungry. In her spare time, she also enjoyed traveling and shopping.
Those left to cherish her memory are three children, Greta Maynard, Kathy (Gene) Trent, and Michael (Nancy) Blevins all of Henlawson, WV; 11 grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren; 4 great-great-grandchildren; two brothers, Lonnie (Linda) White of Beckley, WV, and Sidney “Shorty” White of Pecks Mill, WV; one sister-in-law, Carol Blevins of Godby, WV. Additionally, Armilda leaves behind many nieces and nephews along with a host of extended family and friends.

He is survived by three sons, Steven Sabo, who was his loyal caregiver, William (Vontella) Sabo, and Bryan (Shirley) Sabo; his grandsons, Kelly Sabo, Cody Sabo, Dakota Sabo, and Johnathon Adkins; one granddaughter, Jennifer Adkins; a special niece, Barbara “Bobby” Sammons; his loyal and special neighbors, Tom and Mary Epperheart and Jonel Bevino. Additionally, Bill also leaves behind many nieces and nephews along with a host of extended family and friends.

Willard was a gentleman who never met a stranger, he was always making new friends, and thoroughly enjoyed watching and spending time with the neighborhood kids. Though, his greatest enjoyment was spending time and making memories with his family.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Darlene Shanklin, and grandsons, Thomas Scott Bourne and Nicholas Adkins.
Survivors include his wife, Kathy Bourne; sons, Tommy (Jackie) Bourne and Tracy (Rachel) Bourne; step-son, Shane (Emily) Barker; step-daughter, Jacqueline (Brian) Tomblin; grandchildren, Chealsie (John) Moorefield, Cheyenne Bourne, Sydney Bourne, M.J. She is survived by her husband of 53 years, Johnie L. Gore; one daughter, Tannis Gore; one son,  Johnathan (Candice) Gore; her grandchildren, whom she loved more than life, Sydnie Bennahmias, Christopher Gore, Emma G. Adams, and Callen Gore; one great-grandson, who was the light of her life, Leon Bennahmias; her sisters, whom she adored, Tana Propst Epperhart and Brenda Spears. Additionally, Linda leaves behind many nieces and nephews whom she loved along with a host of extended family and friends. Linda wanted to be remembered as your friend, sister, mother, and friend in Christ. She loved all her family and friends, and God could not have made a better woman!
To honor Linda’s wishes, her remains will be cremated, and there will be no services.

Those left to cherish his memory are his loving wife of 28 years, Dawn Wiley of Pecks Mill, WV; one son, Paul David Wiley of Holden, WV; one daughter, Chastidy (Preston) Hepler of Holden, WV; one stepson, Michael Arbogast of Pecks Mill, WV; one stepdaughter, Felicia Browning of Verdunville, WV; his father-in-law, Donnie Hunter; one grandson, Levi Hepler; three step grandsons, Ray Arbogast, Urijah Mallow, and Zayden Browning; his father, Dean (Sue) Plumley of Man, WV; one brother, Bill (Robyn) Wiley of North Carolina; one nephew, Chris (Amanda) Workman of Chapmanville, WV; one great-niece, Chloe Workman; four great-nephews, Christopher Workman, Alex Workman, Trey Stone, and Trevor Tomblin; a very close and special friend, Eva Workman. Additionally, Paul leaves behind a host of extended family and friends. He was greatly loved and will be sadly missed.
