Joseph F Muse - January 02, 1932 - December 11, 2021

Departed: 12/11/2021 (Holyoke)
Obituary Preview: Joseph F. Muse, a proud product of the Brightside Home for Boys and Girls in the 30s and 40s (he’d be happy to tell you all about it), passed away at Renaissance Manor in Holyoke on Saturday, December 11th, 2021. He would have said of his caretakers “they were wonderful,” a phrase he so often used in his lifetime.  He was known as Tony or “Uncle Tony” early in his life (yes, there’s a story there), and Joe to everyone else in his adult life. Later, he was dubbed “Pa” by one of his grandchildren, and the name stuck. Husband for over 65 years to Joan Muse, the father of three boys, and grandfather to many, he was well-loved by his family and those who knew him.  There will be no services, and in his honor he would have liked it if you have a cup of coffee with a friend, something he did many times over the years. As he had said so many times – “thank you and God bless” to all who will miss him.
