He actually liked cooking all types of things. Eugene also enjoyed going for walks and taking up conversations with everyone, including strangers. He enjoyed fishing, swimming, and just relaxing by the water.  He loved playing the bongos

Eugene is survived by his daughter; Nicole Krystal Eimers, sisters; Darlene Eimers Pearson and her Late husband; John, Gloria Jean Smith and her companion; John Sandolo, Donna Thompson and her husband; Everett, Cindy Conti, Laurie Eimers Wheeler and her husband; Ted, brother; Wayne Eimers, as well as many nieces and nephews.

Patricia was a very sociable lady and always looked forward to having breakfast with her friends every Friday morning.
Predeceased by her son, John Becker, Patricia is survived by her children; Vincent Becker of Hampton Bays, Donna Becker of Pennsylvania, Brian Becker of Pennsylvania, Tara Matheny of Texas, Todd Becker of Texas; eighteen grandchildren; fifteen great grandchildren; and siblings; Doug Stretch of Mastic Beach, Jackie Baltzer of Mastic Beach, Robert O'Brien of Upstate, NY, and Joan Perrone of Manhassett, NY.
Patricia touched the lives of so many people and will be missed terribly by each and every one of them.

His love of dogs was immeasurable; especially his dog, Pooch Garay.

Joanne was born in the Bronx, NY, the third of seven children, to Bill Fahey and Maureen (nee Doran). She was devoted to her parents and to her family throughout her life. Joanne was also a devoted professional for many years in her work as a Registered Nurse. She was dedicated and compassionate to her patients and their families. Joanne was truly one of a kind and kind to everyone. She had an ability to touch people's hearts in the simplest ways, as an open, empathetic and experienced soul.
Joanne's most treasured gift in life was her daughter, Casey Mary, whom she loved fiercely and with whom she instilled many of her best qualities - her loving humor, sly wit, kindness and empathy.

Obituary Preview: Margaret "Pegi" Goldbach (nee Gerle), passed away on May 16, 2020 at Long Island Community Hospital, Patchogue. Born in Southampton and lifelong resident of Mastic, Pegi was a longtime member of the Arthur H. Clune Post 1533 Ladies Auxiliary, Mastic Beach and the Scleroderma Association. Pegi was a very kind-hearted, good-natured lady who was always thinking of other peoples needs. She had an artistic flair and enjoyed painting and decorating her home, whether it was inside or outside in the garden and she was known as the "Scrabble Queen".  Pegi enjoyed baking, which was one of many family traditions she practiced with her children and grandchildren. Predeceased by her grandson, Justin Goldbach, Pegi is survived by her daughters; Kim Anne Pastre of Moriches, Margaret (Craig Banovich) Goldbach of Florida, grandchildren; Jamie Pastre of Mastic Beach, Gary Pastre, III of Mastic Beach, Meghan Banovich of Florida, and great grandson; Gary Pastre, IV (B.G.) of Mastic Beach.
Family and friends gathered for visitation at Davin's Funeral Home, Mastic. Graveside prayers at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, Center Moriches were offered by Rev. John Ryan of St. Jude's R. C. Church, Mastic Beach. Prayer services were also conducted by the Ladies Auxiliary Post 1533. Interment  followed.

Born in Brooklyn, N.Y., and resident of Moriches for seven years, Charles served honorably in The United States Army and was a member of American Legion, Babylon Post 94. Affectionately known as "Charlie the Ice Cream Man", Charlie owned Happy Time Ice Cream, ran an Ice Cream Truck in Brentwood for forty years, ran a Hot Dog / Ice Cream at West Meadow Beach in Setauket, and was a mentor to many people in his line of work. Good natured and kind hearted, Charlie was a very funny man and did great Rodney Dangerfield impersonations. He liked to spend his time Bowling and loved his cats; Baby and Buddy. Every year, he looked forward to taking a trip to Las Vegas where he and his loving wife, Elizabeth, would celebrate their anniversary.  When he was a younger man, he delivered Newsday to Robert Moses and Captain Kangaroo.
Charlie is survived by his wife; Elizabeth of Moriches, daughters; Melissa (Hugh O'Flaherty, III) Keller of Islandia, Meagan (Jordan) Marrow of Shirley, grandchildren; Jason DeJesus, Jordan Marrow, Destiny Marrow, and many nieces and nephews. Charlie was laid to rest at Calverton National Cemetery, Calverton. Committal Services will be scheduled at a later date. Arrangements under the direction of Davin's Funeral Home, Mastic.
