He was born on March 25, 1942 in Washington a son of the late Lawrence L. and Nora J. Jones Martin, Sr.
He enjoyed building model cars, playing cards and shooting pool.
He was employed by his brother’s company, Martin Painting, as a painter.
Surviving are four children Patricia Martin of Washington, Lisa Elliott of Taylorstown, John Oliver (Tracy) Martin, Jr. of Washington and Melissa (Josh) Hartley of Bentleyville seven grandchildren and several great grandchildren.  Also surviving are two siblings Raymond (Shirley) Martin and Florence Gheen and several nieces and nephews.
Deceased in addition to his parents are a brother Lawrence L. Martin, Jr. and a sister Norma Jean Gheen and a few great grandchildren.
A memorial service will be planned for a later date.

She was born December 7, 1956 in Washington a daughter of the late Joseph and Delilah Sanner Brodak.
She was a graduate of Trinity High School and then earned her Licensed Practical Nurse and furthered her education and earned an Associate Degree as a Registered Nurse at Waynesburg University.
Patricia enjoyed gardening and loved to cook.  She was very artistic and loved painting and making Victorian Bears.
She was a Christian and enjoyed reading the Bible.
Surviving is a daughter Stephanie Richter of Washington.
Her grandchildren Tyler Richter, Sarah Sheppard, and Autumn Sheppard brought her a great deal of joy.
Also surviving is a sister Sandy Lycett of Texas and a brother Joseph Brodak.
She was preceded in death by a sister Joellen Solties.

He was born March 16, 1935 in Marianna, PA a son of the late Alva Freemont and Emma Letty Watkins.
He was an Honorably Discharge Veteran of the United States Army having served from 1958 to 1964.
Mr. Watkins’ primary employment for forty years was as a USDA Inspector.  He later enjoyed working as Service Representative for John Sisson Motors Mercedes-Benz dealership in Washington and thoroughly enjoyed driving the vehicles at work.
He was a member of St. Hilary Church in Washington.
Donald was a member of the Elks and Moose Lodge in Washington.
He was a loving family man and is survived by a daughter Donene (Mark Mills) of Canton, OH and a son Lee Watkins of Washington.  Also surviving are five grandchildren Gavin Sams, Jacia Watkins, Lucian Mills, Zeke Watkins and Reagyn Watkins, and two brothers Delbert and Gerald Watkins, and several nieces and nephews.
Deceased brothers and sisters are Edith, Phyllis, Geraldine, Clifford, Junior and Raymond.
All arrangements are private and there will be no public visitation.

He was born August 26, 1943 in Taylorstown a son of the late Randall and Ethel Iams Glendenning.
Mr. Glendenning was a member of Trinity Bible Fellowship and enjoyed reading the bible and discussing the Scriptures.
He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and was very active in youth baseball.  He played softball and baseball for several years and was drafted by minor league baseball.  He also loved to go shopping.
Mr. Glendenning was a veteran of the United States Army and served in the 101st Airborne Division and was a longtime member of the American Legion Post #175 in Washington.
On February 17, 1961 in Washington, he married Patricia Louise Eakin who passed away June 7, 2010.
Surviving are three children Donald Jay (Charl) Glendenning of Graysville, Michael (Jaime) Glendenning of Washington and Michelle (Richard) Gontas of Washington, and his significant other, Donna Oliverio of Washington.
Also surviving are a sister Ethel (John “Red”) Molinaro of Washington, eleven grandchildren, and ten great grandchildren, a daughter in law Cathy Glendenning, and two sisters-in-law Bonnie Glendenning, and Nellie Glendenning.
Deceased is a son Jamie Glendenning and brothers and sisters John (Joyce) Glendenning, Harry Glendenning, Randall Glendenning, David Glendenning, Gerry (Harold) Pryor, Martha “Jeanie” (Chuck) Provance, Kathryn (Harold) Plants, Anna Marie Reese, Leona Glendenning, and two grand-daughters Nicole Finney and Leah Glendenning.
Friends will be received from 2:00 to 4:00 and from 6:00 to 8:00 Thursday in Dale D. DeAngelo Funeral Home at 1290 Jefferson Avenue in Washington where funeral services will be held at 12:00 p.m. Friday with Rev. Sue Petritis officiating.  Interment will follow in the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies in Cecil Township.  Military honors will be provided by the United States Army and the American Legion Post #175 Honor Guard.

She was born October 8, 1941 in Washington, the only child of Albert and Stella Helicke Wrubleski.
She was a member of St. James Parish in Washington and attended mass at St. Hilary Church and Immaculate Conception Church.
Throughout her life, Carole had been a teacher, Realtor, and Interior Designer for the Ethan Allen Furniture Store.
She enjoyed floral designing, cooking, and was a member of the Martha Washington Garden Club and always enjoyed participating in the Tinsel and Tidings Garden Club Show.  Carole loved building doll houses, working with miniatures, and having people over for dinner.  She loved her wonderful family, was a loving grandmother, and overall lived quite a charmed life.
On September 28, 1963 she married her husband Guy P. Tucci who passed away on May 25, 2019, having celebrated fifty-five years of marriage.  When Guy proposed marriage, he said “I want to take you on an adventure”, and Carole proclaimed, “Oh, what an adventure it was”.  Together they traveled the world while Guy served in the United States Air Force.  “Every day with Guy was an adventure”.
Surviving is a son Paul J. Tucci of SC, four grandchildren, Victoria (Colin Van Bortel Buckley) Tucci, Joseph Tucci, Catherine Tucci and Patrick (Faith Machado) Tucci and a great grand-daughter Athena Rose Tucci.
Also surviving is an aunt, Jeanie Helicke Henderson and an uncle Abby Helicke, a nephew Matthew Tucci and some cousins, including Dawn Predmore.
All are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. Friday March 18, 2022 at Immaculate Conception Church in Washington. Interment will be held in the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies in Cecil Township on Friday March 18, 2022 at 1:30 p.m.

Also surviving are many grandchildren and great grandchildren.

He loved working on cars, music, building guns, and guitars.
Frank enjoyed various jobs over the years, most notably a shift supervisor for Ensinger Plastics.
Most of all, he loved spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren.
On February 18, 1982 in Pittsburgh, he married Pauline A. Bunting, who survives.
Surviving are five children Jennifer (Paul) Alexander of IL, Sabrina Mangin of OH, Frank Bavaro of Avella, Julia (Shey) Bavaro of Amity, and Brittney Bavaro of Avella.  Also surviving are his sisters and brothers Cynthia Bavaro, Patty (Russell) Thompson, Barb Hacker, Mike Bavaro, and Nick (Sandy) Bavaro, all of Buffalo, NY.  Nine grandchildren and several nieces and nephews survive.

Dan was retired from Gander Mountain as a firearm sales person, but had also worked as a mechanic, truck driver and nursing assistant.  He loved the outdoors, shooting sporting clays, hunting and fishing.
He is survived by his wife Catherine Phillis “Katy” and son Zachary, his mother Shirley, two sisters Vicki Harvey Walker and spouse Jerry of Texas and Lilly Mae Harvey of FL; his in laws George “Irv” Phillis and Bernie; Sister-in-law Cindy; Brother-in-law Ralph Phillis and Lisa.  Deceased is a niece, Megan.  Surviving are his nieces and nephews, Nick (Chelsie), Melissa (Matt), and Seth, and great nieces and nephews, Reed, Olivia, Rory, Ryan and Rivers.

She was born to Stanley and Catherine Zastawniak Popeck on September 1, 1946. After graduating from Washington High School in 1964, Eleanor worked at Brockway Glass Plant and then The Washington Hospital retiring in 2011.  After retiring Eleanor moved to Florida with her family where she loved New Smyrna Beach.
On April 28, 1973 she married Thomas R Johnson.  Together they had 2 daughters, Jennifer and Cathy.
Eleanor loved spending time in the kitchen, creating delicious meals for her family and baking, especially her delicious Ho Ho cake!  Eleanor made many wedding and birthday cakes for her family and friends.
Eleanor is preceded in death by her parents & husband.  Surviving are 2 daughters, Jennifer (Cortney) Watkins, Cathy (Matthew) Sands; 4 grandsons, Brandon Johnson, Michael, Kayson and Maxwell Sands; a sister, Cecelia “Cookie” Kazakewicz, 2 brothers, Larry Popeck and Charlie Popeck; many nieces, nephews and dear friends.  Deceased is a brother, Stanley “Stush” Popeck.
Friends will be received from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Saturday February 26, 2022 in Dale D. DeAngelo Funeral Home at 1290 Jefferson Avenue in Washington.  A blessing service will immediately follow at 1:00 in the Funeral Home with interment to follow in Immaculate Conception Cemetery in Washington.

She enjoyed spending time with her friends at the Washington Senior Center and loved going out to lunch.
She also loved to go shopping.
On August 8, 1964, she married Frank R. Ruschell who died on July 21, 1988.
Surviving is a daughter Melinda (Edward) Leyland of Harmony and a son Frank R. Ruschell, Jr. of Jefferson Hills.
Also surviving are three grandchildren Shane Leyland, Alivia Leyland and Brianna Leyland and several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.  She was the last of her immediate family and was preceded in death in addition to her parents and husband by her brothers and sisters, Pete Insana, Sarah Molinets, Frances Jones, Dominic Insana and Sam Insana.
All are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. Friday February 11, 2022 in Immaculate Conception Church in Washington.  Interment will follow in Immaculate Conception Cemetery.

She was raised by her uncle Freedom Greely and her aunt Amber Greely with her cousins Freedom Jr., Killian and Holden Greely who survive.
Tearney was a senior at Trinity High School where she enjoyed spending time with her friends.
Tearney was a valued employee at Staples and was loved by management and employees.
Tearney enjoyed spending time with her huge family, but especially enjoyed her time with Freedon Jr., Killian and Holden.
On December 30, 2021 Tearny became a mother to her angel baby Khairmir Lee Edwards and it broke her heart.
Tearney had a smile that would light up the room and make you smile.  Tearney was loved by everyoneand will be missed by all.
Surviving are her aunts and uncles Leo and Heather McIntyre, Michael and Jamie Glenndenning, David and Melissa McIntyre, Jaron and Olivia Hays; Boyfriend Malekhai Edwards; brother Thomas Wormsley, and  sisters Logan and Adarra Atkins and her grandmother Saundra Edmond of Burgettstown.  Also surviving are many cousins, great aunts and great uncles. She was preceded in death by a grandmother Linda Kennedy and grandfather Ray Greely
Friends will be received from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. Friday February 11, 2020 in Dale D. DeAngelo Funeral Home at 1290 Jefferson Avenue in Washington.  Additional visitation will be held from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. Saturday February 12, 2022 in the funeral home where services will be held at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Wanda Bainer, 92, passed away at Concordia Hospice of Washington Donnell House.  She was born to Peter Vicktorick and Frances Shinskeyon September 16, 1929.  Wanda attended Trinity High School and was a factory and cleaning service employee.  She married Abraham Lincoln Dillie on July 14, 1948 and divorced on December 27, 1951.  Wanda married Wayne Bainer on February 3, 1961 who preceded her in death on September 15, 2002.
Wanda lived in Washington most of her life, most recently at Thomas Campbell apartments and Evergreen Personal Care home.  Surviving is a son, Paul Stanley Dillie (Barbara) of Ohio, Granddaughter, April Adkins (Sam) and 3 step-grandchildren and 4 step-great-grandchildren of North Carolina.  Surviving siblings are Theresa Mancuso, and Greg Vicktorick (Laura) and many nieces and nephews.
A memorial gathering will be held from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. Thursday February 17, 2022 in Dale D. DeAngelo Funeral Home at 1290 Jefferson Avenue in Washington.  A blessing service will follow the gathering at 4:00 in the Funeral Home.  Interment will be held in Forest Lawn Gardens at a later date.

He was born February 16th, 1978, in Washington, son of George and late Linda Chadwick Crowe of Washington.
Shawn was raised by his grandmother Elaine Chadwick. Shawn attended Trinity High School. He worked as a crane operator at Brookman’s for 16 years. Shawn married his sweetheart Toni Dawn Miller of Washington on August 18th, 2010, at their dream destination in Hawaii.
His daughter Faith Elaine Chadwick was his pride and joy. Shawn loved his fur-babies Diesel and Kit. He enjoyed riding motorcycles, fishing, going to the beach, and spending time with his family. One of Shawn’s favorite pass times was coaching Twist Softball where his daughter Faith played. Shawn was loved by all who encountered him was always the life of the party and could always make everyone laugh. Shawn is survived by his wife Toni, his daughter Faith, his maternal grandmother Elaine Chadwick, his sister Lisa Yoders (Chris), his sister Nicole Crowe (Mike), Aunts Janet (Gene) Bailey, Joyce Chadwick, Uncle Duane (Lori), all of Washington, PA, his mother-in-law Bunny Miller of Washington, PA, his brother-in-law Dan Carpenter of Washington, PA, and sister-in-law Cindy Jo Miller of Wilmington, NC, several nieces and nephew, and several great-nieces and nephews
Preceding Shawn in death were his maternal grandfather Duane Chadwick, his paternal grandparents Ray and Dorothy Crowe, his cousins Ryan Phillips and Damian Chadwick, of Washington, PA.

She was born October 9, 1933 in Zelienople a daughter of the late John and Mary Soltesz Zajacs.
Mrs. Stickel was a member of St. Hilary Roman Catholic Church where she was a former member of the Christian Mothers and served for a time as the bereavement minister to the parish.
She was a member of the Sisters of St. Francis of Millvale, teaching in the Parochial Schools of the Pittsburgh Diocese from 1952 thru 1956.
She entered St. Francis General Hospital School of Nursing in 1956, graduating as a Registered Nurse in 1959.
She received her Bachelor of Science Nursing Degree in 1964 and Master’s Degree in Education in 1966 from Duquesne University.
St. Francis Hospital in Pittsburgh and Columbus, GA employed her as a nursing instructor, head nurse and supervisor.
From 1970 thru 1976 she was employed as a nursing instructor at Butler Memorial Hospital and Washington Hospital.
From 1976 thru 1995 she was employed by the COPA as a psychiatric nurse instructor at Woodville and Mayview State Hospitals, retiring in October of 1995.
In May of 1996 she began a bereavement support group at DeAngelo Funeral Home and in June of 1997 began the support group at Canonsburg General Hospital and continued until August of 2002.
She loved teaching, enjoyed all types of music, loved to read, and enjoyed competitive sports.
On August 12, 1972 in St. Gregory Church, Zelienople, she married Harry Francis Stickel who died July 9, 1992. Surviving is her daughter Karen (Donald) Hanes of Washington, a brother Steve (Maureen) Zajacs, two sisters Margaret (Dave) Eberle, and Elizabeth Crans; two grandchildren Kevin Hanes, and Jennifer Laine; Great grandchildren David, Brittany, Bailey, and Brantlee Hanes and Dakota Laine and Cash Posey.and several nieces and nephews. ­
Deceased is her father John Zajacs and mother Mary Soltesz Zajacs and step mother Anna Lazlo Zajacs a brother John Zajacs and two sisters Kathryn Wahl and Helen Wehr.
Friends will be received from 2:00 to 4:00 and 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Tuesday in Dale D. She was born January 6, 1949 in Washington the daughter of the late Howard E. and Ellen Carroll Dye.
Her family was exceptionally proud of her for leaving high school and then obtaining her GED.  Mrs. Winters was a graduate of CCAC Allegheny where she earned her Associate of Science Degree in Nursing.
She loved nursing and spent nineteen years as a nurse, most recently working at St. Clair Hospital.
She was a member of Crossroads Presbyterian Church in Chartiers Township.
She enjoyed playing BINGO and the Pennsylvania Lottery.  Most of all she enjoyed spending time with her “grandbabies” and great grandchildren.
On October 23, 1965, in Waynesburg, PA she married James E. Winters, Sr. who survives.
Surviving are two sons James (Brenda) Winters, Jr. of Washington and Jason (Ginger) Winters of Waynesburg and a daughter Stacie (Carl) Warco of Washington; two sisters Carol Ann Earliwine of Washington and Linda (Glenn) Happe of Port Charlotte, FL.
Also surviving are her thirteen “grandbabies” Ryan (Trischa) Winters, Kyle (Julia) Winters, Marrah (Kevin) Winters, Eleni (Chris) Kelly, Marissa (Shannon) Hess, Cheyenne (Joe) Hood, Shania Winters, Jessica Winters, Hunter Winters, Adam (Savannah) Winters, Eric Winters, Justin (Jen) Winters, Joshua Warco and twenty two great grandchildren.
Deceased are a son Frank H. Winters, a brother Howard E. Dye, a brother-in-law Richard Earliwine and a granddaughter Allison Warco.
Friends will be received from 2:00 to 4:00 and 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Friday in Dale D. DeAngelo Funeral Home at 1290 Jefferson Avenue in Washington where a funeral service will be held at 11:00 on Saturday January 8, 2022.  Interment will follow in Mt. Prospect Cemetery in Chartiers Township.
The family respectfully requests that all wear a facemask during the visitation and services.

He was born January 21, 1951 in Searcy, AR a son of the late Cephus and Nancy Fletcher Fowler of Horseshoe Bend, AR.
Mr. Fowler earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree from Harding University in Searcy, AR.
He was a member of Washington Church of Christ where he served as a Deacon.  Scott loved to sing and led the congregational singing at his church and also led singing at Southpoint Church of Christ.  He also enjoyed singing all of the Beatles’ songs, knew all of the lyrics and enjoyed Pink Floyd.
Fairmont Supply in Washington employed him for twenty-five years in their Purchasing and Receiving department until 2000.  He was also the owner and operator of S&S Mowing and landscaping for more than twenty years, and loved being outside and cutting grass.
On September 23, 2017 he married Leona Beiswenger Gibbons Fowler who resides in Chartiers Township.
Surviving is a daughter Kristin (Ron) Crawford of Washington, a son Robert Shane Fowler of Canonsburg, and a brother Ricky (Denise) Fowler of Ash Flats, AR.   Also surviving are his grandchildren Alex, Aubry, Ashlyn, Addison and Alain and three step-sons Dennis (Jenn) Gibbons of Washington, Brett (Brandy) Gibbons of Aurora, CO, and Gregg Gibbons of Aurora, CO.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother Marty Fowler and his first wife Cynthia Lee Henderson Fowler.
A memorial gathering will be held from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Wednesday January 12, 2022 in Church of Christ at 700 Allison Avenue in Washington, PA.  A memorial service will be held immediately following the gathering at 12:00 p.m. Wednesday with Pastor David Deagle officiating.  Interment will be held in Washington Cemetery at a later date.

She was born April 3, 1938, in Washington.  She was the daughter of the late John and Katherine Holiskey Ullom.
Mary was a 1956 graduate of Immaculate Conception High School.  She attended grade school through high school at Immaculate Conception.
On March 21, 1959, she married David Richard Worobec who survives.  She began married life as the wife of a Master Sergeant of the United States Air Force.  She enjoyed living all over the world with Germany being her favorite.  They celebrated sixty-two years of marriage this year.
Mary loved her family, especially her grand-children and great grand-children.  They were her reason for living and she would do anything for them.  Mary loved spending the weekend shopping with her grand-daughters and she loved traveling.
Surviving in addition to her husband, David, are three children Lynn Kulla of Washington, David Worobec of Canonsburg and Kathy Jo Morris of Washington; nine grandchildren, Chris (Stefanie) Kulla, Carissa Worobec, Brandy (Jim) Steenson, Cody Kulla, Annissa Worobec, James (Ashley) Morris Jordan Morris, Leah Kilpatrick, and David Worobec; and ten great-grandchildren Taylor, Allison, Kaylor, Lexie, Brayden, Logan, Hensley, Olivia, Theo, and Cecilia.  Also surviving are a sister Dottie (Sam) Desmond and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her great granddaughter Payton.

He was born September 20, 1951 in Washington the son of the late John and Catherine Medovich Tonsetic.
John was a graduate of Trinity High School Class of 1971.
He enjoyed restoring classic cars and bought his first, a 1957 Chevrolet Bellaire, at the age of thirteen by saving up his lunch money.  His favorite cars were his 1957 Chevrolet Bellaire, a 1938 Chevrolet Coupe and a 1972 Chevrolet Corvette; all of which he restored to show car condition, and won many awards and trophies at numerous auto shows.  He and his wife Carol spent winters at their condominium in Naples, FL.
Drakenfeld/Ferro in Washington employed him until his retirement in 2001.
On June 1, 1974 in St. Hilary church, he married Carol Jones who survives.  Surviving is a son David M. (Krystin) Tonsetic of North Strabane Township and his beautiful, precious granddaughter, whom he loved dearly, Monroe Tonsetic.  Also surviving is an uncle John Medovich.  He enjoyed spending time with his faithful companion, his dog Chloe.
At the request of the family, visitation and funeral services are private.  Private Interment will be held in Queen of Heaven Cemetery in McMurry.

Evelyn was a member of St. James Parish in Washington and attended mass at St. Hilary Church where she was a volunteer for various church events and a member of the Christian Mothers.  She was also active in the church for several years as an usher.
Evelyn was a member of the American Legion Post #175 Auxiliary, the Moose Lodge #318, and the Washington Senior Citizens where she enjoyed volunteering whenever the opportunity would arise. Mrs. Anderson was a member of the Seniors and Dancers.  She also enjoyed Bingo and Steelers Football.
Her first husband John Patten passed away in 1995.  Her second husband Charles Anderson preceded her in death in 2008.
Surviving is a daughter Rosemary (James) Sickles of Washington and a son John (Linda) Patten of Washington, her grandchildren Megan (Arthur Gorka) Sickles , Benjamin Sickles, Ashley (Tommy) Giles, and Skylar (Matthew Trapizona) Patten, step grandchild James Sickles III, great grandchildren Tyler Sickles, Trenten and Traxten Giles and Frances Gorka, and step great grandchild James Sickles, IV.
In recent years, she enjoyed spending time with her companion Bob Lowman.
Also surviving are many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by a son Edwin A. Patten, a brother Joseph Heffers, and sister Geraldine Grebinski.
Friends will be received from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. Friday in Dale D. DeAngelo Funeral Home at 1290 Jefferson Avenue in Washington.

Obituary Preview: Dolores “Dolly” M. and Samuel F. Mayberry III, of Canton Township passed away on Thursday November 18, 2021.
Dolores was born on December 29, 1929 the daughter of Louis and Eva Kanzius Aquilino.  Samuel was born August 29, 1932 in Norristown the son of Samuel F. and Mary Kauffman Mayberry, Jr.
After graduating from Canonsburg High School in 1947, Dolores worked as a secretary in Pittsburgh, Houston, and Washington Hospital from where she retired.
After graduating high school, Samuel went into the radio repair business, then computer repair business and ultimately worked for Washington Steel as a maintenance supervisor from where he retired after twenty-five years of service.
Samuel and Dolores were married on August 13, 1979.
Dolores was an avid reader and loved doing crossword puzzles.  She collected blue glassware and enjoyed taking walks on their property where she had planted a forest of trees.
Samuel was intensely curious about everything mechanical, and electronic devices, ham radio equipment and would build oddball and mysterious machines such as converting a motorcycle to a diesel engine that ran on French fry grease, made a street legal electric scooter which he then converted to a gas turbine engine.
Dolores is survived by three children Richard (Sharon) Gray, Gary (Sabrina) Gray, Donna (Ray) Smalley; eight grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren and one great great grandson from a previous marriage and was preceded in death by her brother Louis (Emma) Aquilino and a son James Gray.  Also surviving is a daughter-in-law Hope Gray.  Also surviving is a sister-in law Lois Hewitt.
Samuel is survived by three children, Samuel A. (Debbie) Mayberry, Beth A. (Ragen) Mayberry-Moss, and David W. (Nastia) Mayberry; eleven grandchildren, and seventeen great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a daughter Linda M. Mayberry, and two brothers Al and David Mayberry.
There are many nieces, nephews and cousins that survive.
Funeral arrangements are private.  A memorial service will be held at a later date.

She was a self-employed hairdresser at one time and was well known for giving her friends and neighbors Pixi-Cuts.
She loved to go to the casinos and to the Meadows Racetrack to enjoy the races.
She loved to bake around the holidays to share her goods with her family and friends.
Thelma fulfilled her lifelong dream of traveling to Italy to meet her extended family which was the highlight of her life.
Bell Telephone Company employed her as a supervisor for many years.
She was the last of her immediate family.
Surviving are three nephews, Joseph M. Paletta of Washington, and Mark and Jamie Paletta; and her God-daughter Sandy Vankirk also of Washington, and several extended family members.
Also surviving are a few other nieces and nephews.
The family would like to extend a special thanks to Thelma’s hospice nurse, Jenna, for the loving care that she provided.
Deceased are a sister Emma Paletta and three brothers Joe, Sam and Tony Paletta and a nephew Robert Paletta.
Friends will be received from 2:00 to 3:30 p.m. Friday in Dale D. DeAngelo Funeral Home in Washington.  A blessing service will be held at 3:30 Friday November 19, 2021 immediately following the visitation.
