Richardson Community Hospice.Joel was born on January 13, 1956 in Sheboygan to Burton and Alice (Thiel) DeGroff. Joel attended Waldo grade School and was a graduate of Sheboygan Falls High School. He entered the workforce as a mechanic for Kvindlogs Service Station and then went on to working in Shipping and Receiving for Sohn Manufacturing until his retirement. Over the years, Joel enjoyed vintage motorcycles, stock car racing and working on cars.Joel is survived by his four brothers: Michael (Susie) DeGroff, William (Mary Ann) DeGroff, Peter (Sue) DeGroff, and James DeGroff; nieces: Becky (Burt) Venderhoof, Amber (Nick) Kissinger, Anna (Jake) Voigt, Sara DeGroff, Jessie (Andrew) Eaton, and Jodi (Dan) Loomis; significant other: Terry Wadel; and special friends: Mike and Kay Braun. Obituary Preview: Sheridan Ryan Klahn, age 52 of Sheboygan passed away on Tuesday, February 27, 2024, at Meadowview Health Services in Sheboygan.Sheridan was born on February 25, 1972, in Seattle, WA, son of Jennifer (Smith) Klahn and the late Francis D. Klahn. He grew up in Seattle and moved to the Sheboygan area in 1984. In the past Sheridan worked as a truck driver as well as in a few factories throughout Sheboygan County.Survivors include his mother: Jennifer Klahn, Sheboygan; four sisters: Kathy (Dale) Baumann, Elkhart Lake, Kelly Wysocki, Auburn, WA, Amber Klahn (Ali), Edgewood, WA, and Megan Klahn, Sheboygan; two brothers: Timothy (Cheryl) Auburn, Seattle, WA, and Shawn Klahn, MD; seven nieces and nephews: Wesley, Bobby Jo, Christopher, Jewel, Shelby, Sara, and the joy of his life Christian Klahn; two great nephews: Jaxon and Elijah; aunts and uncles include: John (Marlene) Klahn, Kewaskum, Joe (Janice) Klahn, Campbellsport, Jim (Kay) Klahn, Campbellsport, Sharon (Gene) Gerloch, Knowles, Margaret Houpner, West Bend, Kathy (Connie) Bingen, Knowles, Lois (Ronald) Spencer, New Holstein, Julie (Steve) Dolcemaschio, L. Obituary Preview: Nancy E. Groth, age 103 of Elkhart Lake, WI passed away on Monday, February 26, 2024, at Cedar Bay Assisted Living.Nancy was born December 6, 1920, in Milwaukee, daughter of the late Walter and Claire (Ulrich) Turck. Nancy attended Shorewood High School and Milwaukee University School and went on to graduate with honors from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1943.Growing up, Nancy and her family always spent summers at Elkhart Lake. She was a proud member of the Dock Rats and the Turtle Bay Terrors, both of which involved lots of swimming, boating and going to the Turn and Anchor for ice cream.On May 20, 1944, Nancy was united in marriage to Ernest Groth in Edenton, North Carolina. After World War II, she and Ernie moved to Milwaukee but returned to Elkhart Lake after a few years to raise their family. Nancy loved her family very much. She also loved to be outside working in her yard, hiking, golfing and swimming. She volunteered at the Elkhart Lake-Glenbeulah Elementary School as a health room aide and was active in the AFS Club. Nancy was a locally known artist creating watercolors, oil paintings and woodblock prints, most of which she sold. She also published a book of poetry, Memories of Old Elkhart, which included her poems, artwork and photos of Elkhart Lake. Nancy was a longtime member of the Elkhart Lake Historical Society working hard to keep the Depot as a focal point of our village. In her later years, you would often see her sitting on her deck talking with people passing by or sharing a glass of wine with family and friends.Survivors include her two children Christine (Norman) Littig and John (Erin) Groth, two grandchildren Victor (Jane Giles) Littig, Ellen Dupuy, great-grandchild Olivia Dupuy, cousin Susan Strecker, niece Amelia Hill (Cesar) Oliva and nephews Michael and Kevin Oliva.  Nancy was preceded in death by her parents Walter and Claire Turck, her husband Ernest Groth, sister Dorothy (Alfred) Hill, cousin Barbara Strecker and aunt and uncle Lilli and Robert Strecker.The family would like to thank the staff of Cedar Bay Assisted Living and the members of Preceptor Hospice Care for their unwavering kindness and attention.

Obituary Preview: Rebekah Braun April 3, 1986 – February 19, 2024Rebekah Braun was an amazing woman.  She will be missed by family and friends.  She had many accomplishments including a Black belt in karate and being a book and short story author.  She was adventurous, attending universities in four states and earning a Bachelors degree in English at Minnesota State University of Moorhead and a Masters in Public Administration with a Healthcare emphasis at University of Wisconsin Oshkosh.Bekah worked in the healthcare industry for more than 10 years.  She was a skilled boss who cared about worker needs.  The people who reported to her said that she is one of the good bosses.  Angel, one of Bekah’s closest friends, says, “Bekah was the most kind hearted, loving and selfless person you could ever have the pleasure of meeting.  To love her was an honor and to be in her life was a gift.  She would always put others before herself, even when fighting the toughest battle.  Heaven gained the most beautiful soul.”  Angel and Bekah had a heart for senior adults and hoped to open a senior living facility.Bekah had a million dollar smile that let her make friends easily.  One of the special friends was Rachel.  As children, they enjoyed playing outside.  They attended school together from kindergarten through high school.Bekah died peacefully at her parent’s home after a five year battle with cancer.  Special thanks to Angel who walked through this with all of us.  When Angel visited, Bekah always greeted her with a big smile.  Toward the end of her life, Bekah’s uncle Scott was a source of comfort and encouragement. Thank you to family and friends who prayed for her, supported her and brought her comfort.The family would like to thank St. Nicholas cancer clinic for their excellent care while treating Bekah.  Their nurses are amazing. Thank you to Sharon S. Richardson Community Hospice and Home Instead for helping Bekah during the last weeks of her life.  Home Instead care givers helped us keep her at home and comfortable.

Obituary Preview: Robert “Rob” Henry Schmidt, 70, of Plymouth passed away on Sunday, February 18, 2024 at Froedtert Memorial Lutheran Hospital in Milwaukee.Rob was born on June 11, 1953 in Plymouth to Dr. Harold and Hilma (Johnson) Schmidt. He was a 1971 graduate of Plymouth High School, where he enjoyed spending time with his friends and participated in swimming. He then furthered his education at Lakeland College.  On May 8, 2010, Rob married Gladies Gemoto in Wyoming. He was the proud owner and operator of Mill Street Concessions for over 45 years, the original Hot Wisconsin Cheese.Rob made roots in Key Largo, FL for 15 years, before moving to Wyoming, then eventually coming back to Plymouth in 2013, where he and Gladies settled in his childhood home.  Rob was passionate about the outdoors and animals. Over the years he bred and raised animals, in particular Longhorn, Scottish Highland, and Belted Galloway cattle. Rob also enjoyed raising and showing horses, and loved his mules, especially Willy, Buddy and Bo. He enjoyed traveling, hunting, fishing and was an excellent cook.Rob is survived by his wife: Gladies Schmidt; daughter: Casey Cecilia Schmidt; two sisters: Carol Tomasi, and Barbara Schmidt; and father-in-law and mother-in-law: Reynaldo and Celia Gemoto. He is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Obituary Preview: Kathryn Joann Van Horn Wieland was embraced by saints and angels on February 13, 2024, her unwavering faith held tightly in her hand. As the world dimmed slightly, the heavenly glow around her intensified.Born on December 20, 1952, at St. Joe’s in downtown Chicago, Illinois, Kathryn took pride in never being a Bears fan. Her lifelong pursuit of knowledge began at St. Raymond’s in Mt. Prospect, IL, followed by St. Theresa’s in Palatine, IL. She completed her elementary education at St. John the Baptist in Plymouth—a community she wholeheartedly embraced.Kathryn graduated from Saint Mary’s Springs Academy in 1971. Continuing her formal education, she earned a degree in Humanities with an emphasis on Literature and Philosophy, along with a minor in Organizational Leadership and Quality from St. Mary’s of the Woods. She then went on earn her master’s degree in Organizational Leadership at Marian College.Throughout her fulfilling career, Kathryn’s common thread was service. Despite not accumulating great wealth, she found enrichment in her work. She took pride in establishing “Here We Grow,” a space in Plymouth that fully embodied its name. Her tenure at United Way allowed her to champion causes she deeply believed in. As a driving force behind the Plymouth Intergenerational Center, she realized her dream of creating a place where people of all ages and backgrounds could learn from and serve one another.As the eldest child, Kathryn led her younger siblings on countless adventures, pranks, and shenanigans—all infused with her boundless love. Her nurturing spirit encouraged others to become their best selves, honing her leadership skills from an early age. These qualities would continue to serve her well throughout her rich life.Jo, as she was affectionately known, remained forever curious and passionate about learning. Her love for travel was a testament to her adventurous spirit. Her 3 trips to Alaska were among her favorites. She also loved traveling to Ireland to explore her Irish heritage of which she was extremely proud. If you ever marched in an Irish parade with her, her enthusiasm was next level.On September 15, 1979, under the warm sun, she and Dan W. embarked on a memorable journey—their wedding day. 44 years of marriage followed, a tapestry woven with shared dreams, challenges, and unwavering commitment. No matter what storms came their way, they navigated back to each other, finding a path forward. Their love was an anchor, steadying them through life’s tides.Then, on November 26, 1980, their family grew. Derek arrived, filling their home with joy. And on March 4, 1983, a double blessing—a second son, Brian, entered their lives. She embraced her role as a mother, her heart expanding beyond measure. Amidst all her achievements and accolades, her greatest pride lay in her two sons—the legacy of love she and Dan had built together.She is survived by; her husband Dan, son Brian (Erin), siblings Chuck (Trina) Van Horn (Halle), Teresa Van Horn (Patrick, Ryan, Brennan, and Casey, Sue (Mike) Faz (Max and Sam), sisters-in-law Liz Van Horn (Everett and Joe), Sandra Wieland Sippel (Ron) and their children Tammy and Todd, and nephew Jeff Niesen (Tom). Obituary Preview: Justin David Lorenz, 45, of Sheboygan Falls passed away peacefully on Friday, February 9, 2024 surrounded by his family following a courageous battle with cancer.Justin was born on May 9, 1978 in Plymouth to David “Carp” and Ranae (Hausler) Lorenz. He is a 1996 graduate of Plymouth High School. On May 4, 2007 he married Jennifer Ewald, and they had two beautiful daughters. Over the years, Justin worked at car dealerships in sales and finance, and most recently was the branch manager of BMO Harris Bank in Sheboygan Falls. Justin enjoyed playing softball, watching baseball, talking sports, attending Dave Matthews Band concerts, camping and playing video games, especially with his girls. He was a history buff  and an avid reader, serving as a board member for the Sheboygan Falls Public Library and a member of the Historical Society. Justin loved ice fishing with his dad, and best friend Tate, and cherished spending time with family and his girls.Justin is survived by his two daughters: Kennedy and Harper Lorenz; his birth daughter: Abby (Sean) Perronne; grandchildren: Piper, JJ “Justin Jay”, and Payton; the mother of his children: Jen Lorenz; parents: David “Carp” and Ranae Lorenz; sister: Beth (Rob) Seibel; nephew and niece: Conner and Lacey Seibel; and grandpa: Ronald Hausler. Obituary Preview: David C. Schultz, 88, of the Town of Lyndon passed away on Friday, February 2, 2024 at Songbird Pond in Plymouth.David was born on October 15, 1935 in the Town of Lyndon a son to the late William and Amanda (Nauman) Schultz and grew up on the family farm near Waldo.  His school days included Roosevelt School in the Town of Lyndon, Waldo Grade School and Plymouth High School.   Following his school years he enlisted in the Army National Guard.  He served. as a communications man and received numerous awards for marksmanship.  He was honorably discharged in 1960.  On April 29, 1961 he was united in marriage to Annette Reichardt at Zion Lutheran Church in Louis Corners.  She preceded him in death on March 24, 2006  David worked for the Kohler Company and Tecumseh Products in New New Holstein before deciding to farm full time. He enjoyed animals of all types, especially the baby ones and had a fondness for horses. Dairy farming was where he made his career.David enjoyed the Sheboygan County Fair, especially the horse shows.  His hobbies included hunting  deer and turkeys but best of all anything that included his hounds.  He would never pass up a good hunting discussion.   He also enjoyed the Carl Laack Band.  But above all his top priority was his wife and children.  With a large family David lived a full and fulfilling life. A long time but time flew by so fast it seemed like just yesterday he was getting married and starting a family.  He enjoyed life.David was a lifelong member of St. Paul Lutheran Church in Cascade where he was baptized and confirmed.David is survived by his eight children, Steven (Carolyn) Schultz of Plymouth, Robert (Nola) Schultz of Waldo, Sandra (Jim) Tenpas of Elkhart Lake, Mark (Sheila) Schultz of Plymouth, Susan Simonich of Plymouth, Karen (David) Sinner of Kiel, Paul (Tamara) Schultz of the Town of Wilson, and Daniel (Jodi) Schultz of Plymouth; 22 grandchildren; 22 great grandchildren; his brother William Schultz of Waldo and a sister Marion Hefter of Cascade.  He is further survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.  Along with his wife and parents he was preceded in death by his brothers, Marlin and Byron and his sisters, Evelyn, Althea and Grace.A funeral service for David will be held 1 PM, Wednesday, February 7 at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Cascade with Rev. Obituary Preview: Marjorie (Margie) Mae Rosenthal Mehre was called home to Heaven on Sunday January 28, 2024, at the age of 86. We remember and celebrate the remarkable life of a woman whose heart overflowed with kindness, compassion, and faith. She was born in Plymouth on April 7, 1937, to Carl and Loretta (Kraemer) Rosenthal growing up in the town of Greenbush. Margie graduated from Glenbeulah High School and attended Mission (Lakeland) College with an Accounting/Bookkeeping degree. After graduation, she worked at Borden’s cheese in the payroll department in Plymouth, WI for 4 years.  She married Marlon Mehre, her high school sweetheart, on June 11,1960, and thereafter devoted her life to supporting her family, planting her garden, and working on the family farm from 1960 until 2012.  She was a life-long resident of the town of Greenbush, living her entire 86 years of life within 1 mile radius of her parents’ farm.Margie’s life was a testament to the power of a mother’s love. She possessed a tireless work ethic and a servant's heart. Her lifelong dedication to her family, church, homemaker’s club and her unwavering commitment to making a positive difference; no matter the challenge, Margie's actions reflected loving kindness and grace in action.She took immense joy in her role as a mother and grandmother. Quality time spent with her family playing cards, bingo, bowling, fishing, baking Halloween (pumpkin cookies) and Thanksgiving (turkey cookies) warmed her and her grandchildren’s hearts. Margie’s loving and generous spirit extended to every corner of her life – giving little gifts, praying for others, baking home-made pies and cookies, cleaning the church, and landscaping her yard.Margie's life was enriched by the support and encouragement of those around her. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Reverend Don Johnson, who provided her with prayer support, songs, communion, and visits, Songbird Pond Assisted Living facility, and Sharon Richardson Hospice, as well as all other relatives and friends who stood by her side.Though Margie has passed on from this world, her legacy of faith, hope and love lives on in the hearts of all who knew her. Obituary Preview: Jola Ann Erdey, age 69, of Sheboygan, passed away suddenly on Sunday, January 21, 2024 at her residence.Jola was born December 5, 1954 in Sheboygan, daughter of the late Elmer and Anita (Johanning) Sommer, baptized February 1, 1955 at Saron United Church of Christ. She was a graduate of Howards Grove High School, Class of 1973.Above all, she loved her family: daughters Stephanie and her husband Todd Schroeder, Beth Erdey and her husband Jason Williams, and grandsons, Zachary and Alec Schroeder.  She was also very close to her sister Judy Arnhoelter and her family. Jola was particularly close to her nephew and Godson, Jon Arnhoelter, who she spent many special times and moments with.Jola spent the majority of her career in manufacturing production, achieving the position of Production Supervisor at Plastics Engineering Company/Plenco. She was the first woman to attain that position in the company’s history, where her strong leadership and management abilities shined and contributed to the company’s success. She formally retired from her supervisory career in 2013.All who knew Jola were blessed by her generosity, humor, hospitality, and genuine concern for everyone around her. If you knew Jola and spent time with her, she always sent you home with a hefty to-go container of whatever she had cooked or baked to lovingly host you. Her warm and nurturing personality helped her make a home wherever life took her. Jola’s smile, sense of humor, and unconditional support were just a few traits she blessed family and friends with. She loved music, dancing, and being surrounded by colorful and artistic items, which she often crafted herself with her creativity and keen eye for beauty.Jola loved to travel and seek out adventures, both near and far.  Her work with Plastics Engineering Company/Plenco took her to Germany where she oversaw deconstruction of major manufacturing equipment to be used at the company’s Sheboygan manufacturing facility. Her adventurous spirit also took her to Ireland, and later multiple trips to Idaho and eastern Washington to visit her family. Jola always spoke fondly of her closer-to-home adventures and time spent with her sister, Judy, and family.Wherever she went and in all she did, Jola was a gifted conversationalist, and could talk to anyone.  Her family and close friends, including Candy and Roger Tyack, knew her for her many stories of her childhood and life experiences, which she always sprinkled with jokes and life lessons.  She regularly shared her humor and wisdom with her grandsons, Zachary and Alec, of whom she was immensely proud. Jola was a fierce advocate and fighter for herself, her family, friends, children, and the underdog. She was a meticulous planner and organizer, and all those around her were better for it. Jola’s spontaneity and willingness to try new things and experiences made her life and others’ richer, too.Survivors include her daughters, Stephanie (Todd) Schroeder, Beth Erdey (Jason Williams), grandsons Zachary and Alec Schroeder, sister Judy (Jim) Arnhoelter, niece Jill (Dean) Kulow and daughters Emily and Makayla, nephew Jon (Michele) Arnhoelter, and niece Jodie (Nick) Schneider and sons Logan and Brendan.  Jola was preceded in death by her parents Elmer & Anita Sommer, and brother Dean Sommer.Cremation has taken place and a Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, February 3, 2024 at Lakeshore Family Funeral Home, Wittkopp location, Plymouth.  The family will greet relatives and friends at the funeral home that day from 10:00AM until the service at 12 noon. Over the years, Sharon worked for the City of Milwaukee starting in the Water Division, then Harbor Division, and retiring as the Payroll Clerk from the Forestry Division after 29 years of service.Sharon was a sweet lady who never got angry and always had a kind word. In 2005, she came to Plymouth with her late sister, Lois to be closer to family. Together, they enjoyed watching tv shows, especially American and British comedies and mysteries,  and going out to eat, particularly enjoying the desserts. Sharon loved shopping, reading books, and word puzzles from the newspaper. Heisdorf, 92, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, January 16 2024 at Lake House in Sheboygan.Jerome was born on March 10 1931 in the Town of Sheboygan to Adolph P. and Helen B. (Siegwarth) Heisdorf. He attended Mapledale Elementary school, Kohler High School (graduating in 1950) and Sheboygan Business School. Jerry started singing in the Kohler High School Chorus and was invited to join the Kohler Company Chorus. It was there that he met Gloria Spielvogel, whom he married on May 9, 1953 at Bethany Lutheran Church in Kohler, Wisconsin. She preceded him in death on February 13, 2018. Jerome and Gloria enjoyed traveling, especially their trips to Australia, a Panama Cruise, and Guatemala, where they honeymooned with the Lutheran Choir.Jerome began working with his father, Adolph, at the Heisdorf Insurance Agency, and purchased the business in 1961 when Adolph retired. In January 1973 he merged the business with Andrew R. Burkhart, and it became known as Burkart-Heisdorf Associates; later Burkart-Heisdorf Insurance, Inc. He was president of the Lutheran Church of Our Redeemer, St. Mark Lutheran Church and Grace Lutheran Church including being a member of many boards and committees at the congregations. Jerry sang with the choirs of Our Redeemer, St. Mark and the Lutheran Choirs of Sheboygan (president in 1955). He served on committees of the Sheboygan County Insurance Agents Association (president in 1972) and the Board of Directors of the Professional Insurance Agents of Wisconsin (president in 1970-71) and a committee member of the National Association of Mutual Insurance Agents. He was an active member of the Rotary Club of Sheboygan West (president in 1981-82) and a governor of Rotary District 627 in 1985-86. He was also appointed to several committees of the Town of Sheboygan during the years that they lived in the Township.Jerome is survived by brothers and sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, and friends. Obituary Preview: Robert F. Miller, 75, of Wausaukee passed away on Sunday, January 14, 2024 at his home.Bob was born on January 19, 1948 in Plymouth to Horton and Waleska (Wriedt) Miller. He was a graduate of Elkhart Lake High School and served his country in the United States Army as a Crew Chief working on Huey helicopters in Vietnam. After his honorable discharge, Bob became a certified mechanic and worked until his disabilities no longer allowed him to. He enjoyed driving his cars all over the country and helping friends and family when in need, but always wanted a place up north. In 1996 he made his homestead north of Lake Noquebay, enjoying life among the animals and riding around in his gator at idle speed, put, put, put. He was quite the character and anyone who met him will never forget him. Throughout which time, his commitment to excellence was evident in every project he undertook. He also served as a volunteer EMT and firefighter helping many people in times of need. Paul had a larger-than-life personality, an enduring love for his family, a sincere passion for giving, and the ability to bring smiles and laughter to all those he encountered throughout his lifetime.Paul was born on January 3, 1945, in Plymouth, WI to Joseph A. and Marie H. Sartori. He was the eldest boy of eight siblings (two brothers/six sisters) and grew up on the corner of Eastern Avenue and South Street, across from the Mill Pond, in Plymouth. He went to work in the family cheese business, S&R Foods (now Sartori Company) while in high school. He graduated from the former Campion Jesuit High School in Prairie du Chien in 1963, and went on to study business at Marquette University.He married his childhood sweetheart, Kathleen Ann Knowles, on August 12, 1967. The two of them attended St. John the Baptist Catholic School, and from second grade on, they were inseparable, going on to raise three children; JP, Angela, and Lainee, each of whom he loved and cherished with all his heart. Obituary Preview: Karen Ann Udovich, 78, passed away peacefully on October 26, 2023, surrounded by her family.She was born on December 26, 1944 in Antigo, WI, to Glenn and Henrietta Clough. After graduating from Antigo High School, she moved to Plymouth, WI, and remained in the area for the rest of her life. In June of 1987, Karen married the love of her life, Jim, and spent the next 36 years laughing, bickering and traveling with him. She took care of him when he struggled with health issues, and he cared for her in return during her battle with cancer until the very end. She was a member of St. Peter and Paul Catholic Church in Kiel, WI, and spent many years volunteering and serving on the board of St. Vincent De Paul thrift store in Kiel.Karen was a fabulous cook, an avid gardener and an accomplished baker. In her home, there was always fresh baked bread, a pantry full of canned goods, and usually a pan of bars on the counter. She was also a talented seamstress and crafter, crocheting hundreds of “scrubbies” in her spare time. Until her health issues prohibited it, she spent many years on many bowling teams. But one of her favorite things was her road trips with Jim, especially to the casinos to meet up with family and friends.She was preceded in death by her parents, and her brother, Garry Clough.Karen is survived by her husband, Jim Udovich, and her four children, Steve Golbach (Tammy) of Chilton, Terri Laughlin (Mitch) of Greensboro, NC; Traci Golbach-Connery (Scott) of Oak Ridge, TN; and Troy Golbach (Jess) of Naperville, IL. After graduation she and Gene were married on July 23rd, 1960, at the Zoar Reformed church, town of Rhine.Carol was proud of her husband’s occupation, a mink rancher. She helped him at busy times, pelting, vaccinating, and breeding seasons. Carol was employed at Dairy State Bank, now known as Bank First for almost 40 years as a loan officer. She formed many friendships during those years, she loved her job and going to work every day. After retirement from the bank, she became very active with the Plymouth historical society and served on the board of directors for several years.As her sons were growing up, she enjoyed attending their sporting events, baseball being her favorite. As her grandchildren grew up, she looked forward to going and wouldn’t miss their baseball, soccer or softball games.Carol is survived by her husband of 63 years: Gene; sons: Randy (Martha) Meyer and Rick (Jodi) Meyer; grandchildren: Kayla (Chris), Marissa, Logan (Abby), Collin (Diana), Dylan, Madalyn, Rachel, and Maria; great-grandchildren: Belicia and Oliver; and sister: Sharon Noe. She is further survived by nieces, nephews, and other relatives and many friends.Carol was preceded by her parents; father–in-law and mother-in-law: Joseph and Florence Meyer; infant daughter: Wendy Jean; sisters: Janet Schneider, and Suzanne (Don) Brandl; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law.A funeral service to celebrate Carol’s life will be held on Sunday, September 24, 2023 at 6:00 pm at the Wittkopp Funeral Home, 123 South Street, with Rev. Jim Droste officiating. Relatives and friends may greet the family on Sunday, September 24, 2023 at the funeral home from 4:00 pm until the time of service at 6:00 pm.
