She worked for many years as a CNA and in a fruit shipping company until her health began to fail. During her illness, she went to stay with her oldest daughter Derdre' until the end. Rosa loved to help other people like assisting them with their taxes, filing for divorce, and taking them to their appointments. She made her own Cab Company for the purpose of helping others. Rosa Mae is survived by her sister Mary Lee Chestang (Donnie) and her brother Macky James (Almarie); four sons Bobby Ceaser, Rodney Ellis (Shelia), Kelvin Williams, and Eddie Bush (Tasha); two daughters Derdre Tolston (Charles) and Katrina Ellis. She has seven grandchildren, four boys Dondre' Ellis Sr., Marlin Jarmon Jr., Taye' Coston; three granddaughter Lanetta Ellis, DerNe'sia Coston, and Kayla Ceaser; two nephews Eric and Derrick Moody and one niece Alice Swatts; thirteen great grandchildren; a very special cousin May Peterson; and special friends Hazel Filoxsian, Mary Lee Williams, and Donna Haynes. He received an honorable discharge after serving four years. He was self-employed as an Interior Decorator. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his wife, Evangelist Lucille Treadway White, sisters, Sarah Goffigon, Bishop Josephine Jones, BettyJane Fountain; brothers, Overture, Felix and Elder Pezavia White, Sr. Surviving Bill are his sisters, June White Ward, Gloria White Nichols , brother, Bishop James O. White, Sr. (Ernestine) sister-in-law, Mary E. White, loving caregivers, Sedrick and Eunice Fountain, seven nieces, nine nephews, a host of grand nieces & nephews, great grand nieces & nephews and many other family members and friends. Celebration of Life will be held at Monday, February 16, 2015 at 11:00am at Bethel Pentecostal Church, 2300 N. Pine St. Viewing, 10:00am. Interment at Delaware Veterans Memorial Cemetery.
