Obituary Preview: Robbie Linda Foster, 83, of Watertown, went home to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Thursday, March 7, 2024 at Watertown Regional Medical Center.
She was born Robbie Linda Hackett on March 6, 1941 in Gallatin, TN to Wesley Conway and Evelyn Elizabeth (nee Stilz) Hackett.
Robbie was a beautiful woman with a heart for Jesus, shining His light and sharing His Word everywhere she went.
Growing up on her grandparent’s farm in Gallatin, she developed a fondness for animals (especially dogs) and told many humorous stories about Horace, her grandfather and the chicken coop.

She also loved to entertain and always had way too much food on the table using a Martha Stewart approach to making you feel like you were in a country restaurant with super warm & comforting surroundings.
Over the years, she and her husband enjoyed refurbishing/selling houses, restoring furniture, and dealing in antiques. Helping and encouraging others was something she did with her whole heart, and she has touched so many lives over the years. As an avid Bible reader, Robbie had God’s Word in her heart and could quote or sing scriptures at any time. Many women were blessed through her Bible Studies that she led faithfully throughout her lifetime. She was a faithful wife, a wonderful mom and a good friend to so many and we will miss her dearly.
