It is with broken hearts that we announce the sudden death of Kimberly Cochrane while on vacation in Mexico on March 7, 2024 Age 44.
Leaving to mourn her boyfriend Justin Christensen, parents Jim and Florence, brother Kevin(Heidi), nephew TJ and niece Morgan whom she both adored. Special little friends Ethan and Mariah. Aunts, uncles, cousins, large circle of friends and co- workers and developers with the City of Edmonton and City of Grande Prairie. Her Miniature Dachshund Petey.
Kimberly graduated from the Memorial University of Newfoundland with a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) Class of 2003. She formly worked with the City of Grand Prairie before moving to the City of Edmonton as a Senior Development Engineer. She was passionate about travelling and experiencing different cultures in many countries around the world. She was a kind and caring person. She enjoyed life and was happy. She will definitely be missed. She will forever be close to our hearts. Donations of blood some time in the future would help promote her caring ways.
Cremation has taken place. Visitation will be held at Barrett's Funeral Home, 73 Commonwealth Ave, Mount Pearl on Thursday,  March 21 from 2-4pm and  7-9pm. Funeral service will take place from Barrett's Mount Pearl Chapel  on Friday March 22 at 11:00am. Born in Gaston County, NC on August 18, 1943, she was the daughter of the late Alton William Cooper and Jessie Elizabeth Harris Cooper. She was also preceded in death by her daughter, Elizabeth Dawn Holleman
Jan was a loving kind person. That love and kindness was displayed in everything she did, especially in her career as a nurse of 30+ years. Jan had a hobby as a photographer that opened the door for her to do photography for her family and friends. Jan enjoyed life, especially time spent with her grandchildren which she loved very much. Jan also enjoyed spending time with her ya-ya sisters.
Jan is survived by her husband of 59 years, Charles Holleman; her sons, William Chris Holleman, (Melissa) of Louisburg, and Stephen Craig Holleman (Suzanne) of Knightdale; her grandchildren, Autumn Holleman, Conner Holleman, Bryce Holleman and Faith Holleman; and sister-in-law, Sissy Holleman.

Wright, son, Jimmy H. Wright, and parents, Thomas and Lillie Gains Fox.

Obituary Preview: Jerry Smith Earley, Sr, age 85 of Sandy Mush, died Monday, March 18, 2024, at Hospice House in Forest City.  Jerry was born on December 17, 1939, in Rutherford County and was a son of the late David Russell Earley and Mary Alice Smith Earley.
Jerry was a 1959 graduate of Cool Springs High School, and he worked in sales for Western North Carolina Wholesale Florist until his retirement.  He was a member of Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church and served in the United States Army.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, Jack Early, Jeff Earley, and Jim Early, and sister, Mary Nell Ray.
Survivors include his wife of 58 years, Brenda Harris Earley of the home, his sons, Jerry Smith Earley, Jr. of Forest City and Timothy Darren Earley and wife, Jessica Comola of Asheville.
The funeral service will be held at 2 o’clock on Wednesday, March 20, 2024, at Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church with the Reverend Stephen Matheny officiating.  Interment will follow in the church cemetery with Military Honors accorded by the Rutherford County Honor Guard.  The family will receive friends at the church from 1 until 2 o’clock prior to the service. Joan C Hinman - July 01, 1937 - March 18, 2024

Obituary Preview: Joan C. Hinman, a lifelong resident of Linwood, passed away Monday 3/18/2024 at home. She was 86 years of age.
She was born, and raised in Delaware County (PA.) later becoming a Linwood resident in 1957 and over the span of many years immersed herself in various civic and community endeavors. She was a former member of the Northfield Garden Club, the Women’s Club of Linwood and a Auxiliary member (Green Ladies) at Shore Memorial Hospital. She gave countless hours manning the phones at all hours of the day and night for Contact Atlantic in its formative years. Joan was a former member of the production staff of the Mainland Journal, working with her husband and her father-in-law, the late John A. Hinman, publisher of the weekly newspaper.
She also was a graphic artist with the Sentinel Ledger (Ocean City weekly) for 33 years and won first place awards in the NJPA Better Newspaper contest for her creative ads. Her warm, omnipresent smile and ingratiating personality prompted the last George Cavileer, former executive director of the Miss America Pageant, to draft her for the production dance ensemble that appeared on national television in 1978.
In more recent years she served as spokesperson for the Shirley Mae Breast Cancer Assistance Fund, delivering warm, inspiring messages to hundreds. She was a cancer survivor for over 24 years and also battled the debilitating effects of MS.
It was said her warmth enabled her to enter a room full of strangers and leave with a room full of friends. For years she worked with City Historian Carolyn Patterson in producing the highly-acclaimed Linwood Newsletter. Most recently was a volunteer at Shore Medical Center. She always maintained her greatest enjoyment was seeing the maturation of her daughters into productive young ladies.
She was preceded by her treasured husband of over 50 years, Robert M. Hinman. She is survived by her daughters: Pamela Learn (Michael) of Ventnor and Bonnie Sharp (Hugh) of Somers Point.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday March 23, 2024 at 11:00 Am with a gathering of friends prior to the service from 10-11 Am at Adams-Perfect Funeral Homes, Inc. 1650 New Road Northfield, NJ 08225. On a bright Wednesday afternoon, Ms. Tiffany Bowen was born on September 19, 1979, in Hampton, Virginia and raised in Tampa, Florida. Ms. Tiffany Bowen was a native of Tampa, Florida and resident of Atlanta, Georgia for 15 years. She attended Hillsborough High School and graduated in 1997 and later attended HCC and Strayer University. She was employed as a Project Support Processor at Southern Gas in Atlanta. She was a member of Greater Bethel M.B. Church in her youth and a recent member of Ryzing Divas.
Growing up she was an active member of the Youth Usher Board and involved in extracurriculars like the Northview Hills Cheerleading Squad and high school choir. Her life would change after meeting her second father and eventually achieved one of her dreams of becoming a big sister.
Ms. Bowen grew up to be a charismatic and free-spirited young lady who loved to dance, listen to a variety of music, and always dressed for the occasion. She had passions for cars, motorcycles, animals, food, cooking, and was an avid Buccaneers fan. Ms. Bowen was a beautiful social butterfly who enjoyed having a good time everywhere she went. She loved and enjoyed hanging with her friends. She never played about her family and loved her children with all her heart, a second dream for motherhood fulfilled.
Ms. Tiffany Bowen is welcomed in heavenly glory by: her grandmother and step grandfather Vanell and Frank Robinson, grandfather, Samuel Moore, loving father, Dennis and Uncle JT Bowen.
She leaves to cherish her memories: her 2 children, Tiara Williams and Cornelius Willis Jr.; mother and stepfather, Cynthia and Elvis Pablo; grandmother, Loretta Bowen; 2 siblings, Vanessa and Elvis Christian Pablo; aunt and uncles, Patrice, John Beyer, Dale, and Wendell Bowen; first cousins, Jason Bell, Heather Beyer, Chris, Carlos, and Jasmine Bowen; and a significant number of family friends and community.

Obituary Preview: Lawrence B. Kestler, 72, of Middletown, RI, passed away at home with his loving family by his side on March 18, 2024.
Born in Indianapolis, IN, he was the son of the late Raymond and Elizabeth (Vest) Kestler. Lawrence retired from the RI State Police Department as a Lieutenant. He also retired from Salve Regina University as the Transportation Director. He lived a life filled with love for Jimmy Buffet, the NY Yankees, and Notre Dame football. He was a true family man, always looking out for his siblings, children, and adored grandchildren, never missing any of their events and celebrations. A natural guardian, he was the protector of his family. His pride in his sons and grandsons' triumph in the 2023 D3 RIIL Superbowl exemplified his unwavering support and love. Lawrence had a passion for riding Harley Davidson motorcycles, living life to the fullest. He touched the lives of all he encountered, leaving a lasting impact that will be remembered for years to come. Lawrence will be greatly missed
Lawrence is survived by his children; Courtney Kestler, of Middletown, Nicole (Mike) Faria, of Portsmouth, Matthew (Shannon) Kestler, of Middletown, Adam (Ashley) Kestler, of North Providence, his siblings; Robert "Bob" Kestler, of West Warwick, Carolyn (Michael) Skrzypiec, of Manchester, CT, his grandchildren; Colby Kestler, Bella Wiggins, RJ Wiggins, Michael Faria III, Christopher Faria, Caitlyn Benway, Olivia Kestler, Brayden Kestler, and Austin Kestler, his great-grandson; Jackson Knox, his brother-in-law; Bob Harvey, of Little Compton, and many nieces and nephews.
Lawrence is preceded in death by his sisters, Mary Evelyn Harvey and Barbara Boutwell.
Visiting hours will be held on Thursday, March 21, 2024 from 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM in the Memorial Funeral Home, 375 Broadway, Newport, RI.
Funeral services will continue on Friday, March 22, 2024, at 11:00 AM in the Memorial Funeral Home. Burial will be private.
A Celebration of Life will be announced at a later date.
